“I ate here weekly while I lived near there and loved it. Price was good, food delicious and darned if they didn’t remember what I ordered when I can in. Just had to hand them payment. Moved to Hillsboro so I don’t go now, but I miss them a bunch.

“The veggie dumplings were very flavorful and freshly steamed. The included sauces complimented them very well. The red bean dessert was also nice: flaky and sweet without being overly sweet.

Service was quick and courteous. The order process is done on a screen which was straightforward, though I was still greeted at the door and provided with water and a table.

Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. The portions weren't large but I was still full by the end of desert so perfect for lunch.“

“As someone who’s traveled to China multiple times to multiple cities, I can say these are authentic flavors and dishes. Must order #1, Chongqing Chicken. Yes it’s spicy, yes your mouth is getting numb, and no you are not having an allergic reaction. That’s just the real Szechuan peppercorns doing the magic they do. Must order #2 Pork Wonton in Chili Oil. Do yourself a favor and get a side of the chili oil for an extra $2. You’ll find yourself dipping everything in it because it’s that good. Last but not least, Garlic Green Beans. A staple of better Chinese restaurants, these Green Beans are crispy and swimming in butter & garlic heaven.“

“Holy cow, probably among the best chinese food in town. I asked them to make a General Tso Tofu even though it's technically not on the menu, and I was blown away. The flavor is super complex with fresh ginger and garlic cloves and the tofu is soft and fluffy. Definitely the best restaurant on Macadam no question.“

“I came to Silk Road after seeing their food online, and it totally lived up to the hype! I know it’s more known as a bar, but the food is seriously next-level. I tried the chow wow noodles and they were incredible, and my drink was amazing. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re in the Portland area!“

Well let me say, you are missing out on one of the best tasting restaurants in Portland. I ordered the chow mein which was very different from usual chow mein in a very very good way! The noodles were ramen like and the flavors were crazy good. I also loved the beef skewers and had a grape slushie that was amazing! I want to now, go order one of everything on their menu for my next meal. Eat here. Go. “Interesting place . Definitely the best Sichuan since lucky strike iykyk, even tho the dan dan noodles are spaghetti, the dry sauce is so good I can’t complain and is the best I’ve had . . Service is weird . The woman seemed angry but that little part of town can have some gnarly people which I’m sure they deal with . That being said, you really taste the flavor separately which I think is hard to do with this food . If the woman punched me in the face I still might give it 5 stars . Oh and the ma po tofu is the only good one on the city by far“

“Din Tai Fung never disappoints. It's my go-to place for power lunches when I need to impress colleagues, friends and family. Everything is top notch. Price point is good (not cheap). Their chocolate-filled steamed buns (signature dessert) paired with a side of salted cream is To Die For. Must make reservations or you will be disappointed.“

“What a wonderful surprise! This restaurant was recommended by a family member, and we ended up making a reservation for our group of 12 for a birthday dinner. The service was outstanding from the first phone call all the way through to our server wrapping up our leftovers for us. The food was outstanding, generous portions, fresh beautiful vegetables, wonderful flavors. I would absolutely recommend them and hope to visit again next time we’re in the area!“

“My adult daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite. She ordered 3 curry Bao. $10 is not bad. It was good, but I am not a curry guy.

The space is small and can seat 20 at the most.

The business seems to do mostly Uber Eats.

The decor is minimal and too much concrete for me.

“What a fantastic little gem of an Asian food truck in downtown! My husband and I ordered the teriyaki chicken and chicken yakisoba. I was floored by the amount of food you get for $10! Everything was so flavorful and delicious! Service was excellent. I was impressed that the truck was only run by one man --- and he really slayed in that kitchen! “My wife and I order Ying Bun several times a month. We just love it everything is fresh and taste like authentic Chinese food. We have a standing order, that we order every time.
We start with:
1) two large wonton soups that has lots of big large beautiful wontons with fresh snow peas, carrots, celery, sliced chicken, barbecue pork and large shrimp too!
2) Number 5 Dinner that comes with Fried Shrimp, Pork fried rice, Sweet and Sour chicken, Subgum chicken chow mein
3) large order of crab puffs
4) large order of fried shrimp
This is our order, we love this meal. We get at least 3 meals out of our order. Always hot and fresh. We don't even mind the 20-minute wait time to make it. Just awesome to have something wonderful local because we like to go home put our pajamas on watch TV and eat all this food.“

“So happy to find reasonable pricing for really good dumplings! This was our first visit; the server was kind, made recommendations, and answered questions well. We ordered an assortment of items, and everything was good, some were amazing. My husband fell in love with the cucumber salad, and brothy bun. The only drawback was noise level; we were in mid day, 3:30ish, and were surprised how the voices carried in the room. Not only did it make the room loud, I felt a little self conscious. The sweet and sour sauce was actually sour, the fried rice was insane, and the sesame beef was perfect. And for how amazing it is, it's super affordable. The food is always fresh and flavourful and the turnaround on a walk in order is very fast (within 10 minutes or so). I've been eating here every now and then for 15 years and it's very consistent and staff is easy going and pleasant.“

“I LOOOVVEE3 this place. You get exactly what you walk in for ... BUT portions are LARGE! We always end up taking home another meal. Prices are excellent for the current market. We make sure we go there at least twice or 3 times a month. I also have a Mushroom allergy, and at this point, they are so personal that the moment we sit down, they know hey, no mushrooms. That kind of personal touch keeps us going back.“

“We use to go to the Hi Hat in Tigard for our Chinese food. But they closed years ago. So we have been going to the place in downtown Tigard. And they are just OK. Nothing special. So tonight we tired Kuang's Kitchen. And WOW. The BBQed pork was very moist, the String Bean Pork was flavorful with the right ratio of beans to pork. 10-ingredient fried rice had everything listed and very good. This will now be our go to place for good Chinese food.“
