If you want a fantastic whiskey burger that's actually cooked medium rare, that's what you will get with high quality beef and the salad with the cheeses raisins and nuts was tasty. “It was my first time experiencing Silk Road, and I had reasonably elevated hopes, and I was not disappointed at all. I came in shortly after they opened as a solo diner at the bar. The staff was engaging and knowledgeable and just fun to be around. The first drink I had was the special called “sour senate” and it was balanced, damn tasty and refreshing. The salt and pepper calamari was in of the more flavorful squid dishes I’ve had in a minute. I finished off with some General Tso’s chicken and a more boozy drink called “trust the next drink” which as a great finish to a day off wandering around Portland. I will absolutely be coming back soon.“

“Really enjoyed our night at Decibel Lounge. The food was on point - the deviled eggs with pork belly were excellent, and the brisket tacos and banh mi were both great.

We were there on a Tuesday night and sat on the patio. Service was super attentive without being over the top. Our server was exceptional, really listened to what we liked and made some great custom suggestions. Very professional and just genuinely good at their job and the kind of place you enjoy supporting and spending money at.

The music was great and that sound system is killer. You can tell they put some thought into making this a place where the food, music and service matter.

My only regret is that I don’t live closer, because I’d definitely be back soon. But I will be back for sure🥃

“Took my date here and had one of those nights you actually remember. The setting and atmosphere are incredible — intimate, unique, a little moody, and unlike most places in Portland. It made the entire evening feel special.

The staff genuinely wants you to have a great experience and was attentive and helpful throughout the night. The kitchen clearly puts a lot of effort and creativity into what they’re doing, and the food only added to the experience.

Nothing is ever perfect, but sometimes the little imperfections are part of what makes a place memorable. This place has character, personality, and a soul to it — and I’ll take that over polished and forgettable every time.
