My favorite part was the people, the servers were so nice and sweet, very fast service (although it was a slow day). “Not perfect for me (gluten, peanut, alcohol free), but the staff here are really good and caring. And it works well for others I live with. We appreciate the variety of plants in their small (relative to other locations) outdoor area. And we put up a hummingbird feeder that we refill, and they've been appreciative of our efforts. We get to see more of those little cuties now.“

“I've always had decent food here at Bannings. This morning I ordered Pumpkin pancakes.....what a disappointment. The pumpkin batter needed salt added to it and it also could have used a bit more sugar in the batter. The syrup was not real maple syrup but table top ad says, "warm maple syrup," so I expected real maple syrup. It also says, "whipped butter." I asked the waiter about the maple syrup and he told me it was "artificial" maple and argued the fact that the restaurant never said "real" maple syrup. Maybe the butter is whipped margarine...who knows what liberties are taken in menu descriptions. I'm a "real" maple syrup customer.“

“My friend and I decided to come and have happy hour and we ordered california roll the wagu beef sliders the cod tacos and the fishermens stew. I enjoyed the sliders very much. The california roll had more rice than filling but, the crab meat, avocado and cucumber had good flavor but the quantity was very small. the cod tacos didn't say it was blackened with spices that were a little more than my taste buds could handle. the fishermens stew was very flavorfull and had well cooked fish and seafood. I would not recommend the california roll because of the amount of rice.“

“I've been coming here for a good 10 years and I love the food there, I usually get a veggie omelette or a chicken gyro with feta cheese, they're french fries are out of this world. it's not too pricey, but with good food, coffee, and service you can't go wrong. I personally love the smell of the air freshener in the rest rooms . would I recommend this restaurant, yes most definitely.“
