“Went in this morning and ordered a coffee. The order was taking a bit, so I went up to check, thinking maybe it'd gotten dropped. Everyone's busy, stuff happens, I get it. There was an employee mopping the area and he said it'd be a minute. Then I realized it wasn't routine mopping but a cleanup situation. I apologized to him and said I didn't realize what had happened. He said "I'm John, the owner. We have a rule here that when an employee spills something, somebody else cleans it up. They're stressed out enough." Let me spell that out...the owner was wielding a mop to ease the mental load on one of his employees. Now I want to get a job there just to learn how to be a better person. Stay classy, John, you're doing it more than right.“

I got The Jack, which had ingredients I had never even heard of but it was so delicious! The service was excellent; friendly and professional. “Delicious and customizable breakfast sandwiches made by Joo. His coffee is also very good and there is a full range of choices. Fun fact: Joo is a pickleball champ in his spare time! Rosa is the resident mascot and she is adorable. This is the place you want to get your morning coffee and breakfast.

“Best Dine-In Biscuits Cafe experience ever! I hadn't been to this location for about 12 years or so because the last time I went the food was just meh. Today we were going to go to Bannings but it was too busy when we got there so we left and went to this Biscuits Cafe instead and we were glad we did. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I think our waitress saw us coming from outside because when we got in she was waiting for us by an empty table. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait. The food was delicious! I got the cinnamon roll french toast with scrambled eggs and ham steak and my boyfriend got the huevos rancheros (which was highly recommended by our waitress). Both were equally tasty! The service was great! Our waitress (I'm terrible with names...Jean maybe?) was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The sun started glaring off a car outside and into my eyes, I requested the blinds be lowered and they quickly accommodated my request. The kitchen forgot the bacon crumbles on my boyfriend's loaded hash browns (no biggie) and our waitress made sure to remove the charge from our tab and was even kind enough to get me an iced coffee to-go which I very much needed for packing for camping. I wish I remembered our waitresses name cause she really was great! We're so glad we decided to come here because we will definitely be back now!!!“

I was working in the area today and I initially only came here because my dogs name is Biscuit and just thought it was cute lol but I did not expect to have one of the tastiest meals I’ve had in a very long time! On top of the delicious food, the service was INCREDIBLE! Andrea is so polite and extremely attentive and her coworker as well, I just didn’t get her name. I asked to be seated in a quieter area and she had no problem with my request. The prices are absolutely reasonable with what comes out of that kitchen! It’s fresh, tasty and comes out fairly quick! “Angel and the staff here went above and beyond. We had an issue with a coupon at a different location, we had to drive over to this location and although our drive ended up a little bit longer to get food, they took care of us and on top of that went above and beyond. It was my child’s birthday weekend and Angel surprised my kiddo with a little birthday treat to celebrate. It definitely was a visit not to forget. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you all!
