“My wife and were anxiously waiting for this restaurant to open. We went this Friday (May 5th) and were not disappointed. First, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The ambient music was at a perfect level with a definite South Beach feel. We interacted with several servers and each of them provided excellent service. The menu has enough diversity to satisfy anyone's tastes. To start, we had an appetizer that consisted of scallops covers in parmesan cheese that was melted at the table with a torch. For our entrees, I had a beef dish (Lomo Saltado), while my wife had a pork dish (Arroz chaufa with pork). Everything was delicious. They have quite a few specialty drinks in their cocktail menu. We each had a different drink and both were very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Piscos and look forward to going back.”

He is full of energy, explained the dishes, gave us suggestions and was very attentive.
My favorite from his suggestions, Maguro Truffle, Sticky Ribs, Hawaii XO Roll and the Double Tekka Roll. For dessert we had the Ube Cheese Cake. Sweet, smooth, perfect to share with two. Yes! I would order it all again.
The ambiance, 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The decor is cheeky/romantic with dim lights. But noise level was pretty high. It’s ok if you are sitting right next to each other. I can hear larger parties speaking louder to be able to carry a conversation.
Restroom situation, 2 ⭐️ ⭐️
There is 1 bathroom for females and 1 bathroom for males. I didn’t really noticed it until the line came out of the bathroom area and people were standing near our table. When I needed to use it, wow, I was next in line but it took forever. Something to consider upgrading or maybe make them unisex so both stalls can be used.
The restaurant added a lounge next door. It has its own door or you can access through the restaurant. It also has its own cocktail menu that you can order from while dining.
These are suggestions for improvement but not important enough to stop me from coming back.”

“Delicious sushi! I got the baller set which was very good and nice to try once, but I’ll probably just order from the regular menu in the future.

It is standing room only and doesn’t feel crowded tho the place is quite small.

The only thing I really didn’t care for was the 1 hour slot, I feel like it could be 1.5 hours and that might be better because it felt a bit rushed at the end when getting the last pieces, soup, and s’mores. I felt like I had to scarf my s’mores down quickly to get out on time.

“Papa Llama, 2840 Curry Ford Road, Orlando- 4-Stars Michelin Recommended- Bib Gourmand! Peruvian immigrants, Kevin and Maria Ruiz, say they founded Papa Llama in 2016 as an experimental pop up and opened the doors of this location in August 2020. In 2022, they earned the Michelin Guide's coveted "Bib Gourmand" award for establishments that serve good food at reasonable prices so naturally, I got excited. Paulina, my server, was well prepared and knowledgeable, making for an auspicious beginning in a gorgeous environment featuring good prices for dishes that could be made to satisfy both carnivores and herbivores alike. I ordered the entire family style menu which was, according to Papa Llama, "designed to be tasted together, shared, and fought over." So much food for just over a hundred dollars. The prices may have been cheap but the taste and quality of (most) victuals valieron un Perú! A hearty Big Boy Thank You (Sulpayki!) to Kevin and Maria and the culinary dactylograms of their ancestors, on this amazing cuisine (Somaq Mihuna!). The first item on the menu was Olives--whole green Castelvetrano olives marinated in house with aji panca--which were so delectable I could eat them all day. Next, the Red + Gold Beets, a minty beet salad with honey ají amarillo vinaigrette, queso fresco, and candied pistachio, which started out smooth and creamy and ended with a pleasantly piquant bite. Papas a la Huancaína followed, a fingerling potato dish with spicy aji amarillo cream, wakatay (black mint) salsa verde, and beef chicharron, topped with a fried egg. The potatoes themselves were not the star, but the combination of flavors in the sauce were amazing, unctuous but smooth. Papa Llama carries a long list of natural wines, more wines than food items, actually. That evening, I chose the Yuzu Sake, and may I say, "Holy smokes!" How refreshing after consuming so many peppers. The rest of the dishes I would give 4.5 to 5-Stars, EXCEPT for the side of frozen Sysco French fries which almost ruined an otherwise stellar meal. There are over 300 kinds of potatoes in Peru. Over 300! Perhaps in the United States we don't have the same abundance as found in El Valle Sagrado (the Sacred Valley) but, por favor, do not stoop to this! The Big Boy says, "Eat here. All the authentic Peruvian flavors at Papa Llama are 5-Star, but skip the fries, which are a corporate conglomerate frozen food disappointment."”

“We came rolling into Orlando after a long day of traveling! We were all very hungry for some good pizza! V Pizza did not disappoint us! Our 13 year old granddaughter kept saying it was some of the best pizza she'd ever eaten! As previous owners of a pizza restaurant, we thought our pizzas were pretty amazing! The staff was very friendly and eager to serve us. The restaurant was clean and had very modern decor. We will probably go back before returning home!”

Was charged top shelf caipirinha and they didn’t even tell us about that.”

The food options were healthy, fun, and creative. I especially enjoyed the dumplings and my husband devoured his mochi Wangz. We also tried Mr. Rice Guy which didn’t quite give the oomph we were looking forward to. Drunken Belly was pretty decent (a few pieces were a tad too fatty to fully enjoy). We’d 100% go back for the atmosphere and aesthetics alone. Service was phenomenal and the vibes were super chill.”

“It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.”

It is quite loud, so be prepared to have your outdoor voice prepared. :) It isn't really a family dining place, though I did see some families with young kids. “Denny’s is Denny’s. It was after a meeting that ended at about 8pm, so a few of us went to have coffee and ended up eating.

I opted for the Cali Club (turkey, swiss, tomato, avocado) but I didn’t want the ham & bacon. They acclimated accommodated me by adding more swiss and avocado. It was good. It even had more turkey than I wanted, it comes stacked nicely enough for someone who does.

The service was actually wonderful and they were quite attentive, although there only a few people there at the time.

It’s a good stop for an impromptu quick meal.”

“Let me serve you up a tall, frothy, review of Bella and Karina the two mvps of twin peaks. Whenever we come in, her and Karina are amazing, welcoming and always recommend some great dishes and drinks. The only other thing they could do to make us feel even more special is roll out the red carpet and throw a crown on our heads! We are always treated like royalty! Im always impressed by their knowledge and insightful recommendations on pairing certain menu items and current promotions. Karina will knock out tickets at the well like the flash as if its another walk in the park, while Bella handles the entire bar in Guinness record time and with a show woman's flair and vice versa navigating the numerous challenges of a high volume venue as if its just to easy. As a prior bar manager I would know! What an incredible team. Who can even watch the games when you have these two customer service gladiators setting records behind the bar. These two are assets to the company. They better take good care of these two absolute legends. Stay gold ladies!”

The melon salad was absolutely best in class, the deboned lamb and the steak frites were finely produced, and the orange and Grand Marnier souffle was outstanding. Our lives are constantly in a flux of good days, bad days, busy days, or just plain exhausting days. Time keeps spinning around us, but one constant can always be there to make you a bit happier through it all.... Food! Food can be something that can bring us all together and have a great time enjoying it! This is where Sorekara comes in...

Sorekara is hands down, without question, to this date, one of the best eating 'Experiences' I have ever had. Time litteraly slows, your senses are highetened, and before the night is over you will litteraly question how long you have actually been there or even if it was the same day you visited. Now... To the point.

Sorekara is a chefs table tasting experience. The ingredients are the best of the best, nothing artificial. All of which get weaved into unique tasting offerings than span 20 courses (in our selection). The range of flavors and how everything was arranged in the order they came out in was truly a artform in itself. If you have read any of my reviews I typically ALWAYS have numerous pictures of everything I eat. However, because of the wishes from the chef, and staff, which I do agree with, I have not done that here. The reason for this is because your journey here will be at its best if you just go in blind.

The staff and service here are truly a huge part of why this resturant shines. Observant, reactive, and most definitely adaptive. Every team member knew not only their role, but everyone else's role. On top of this, the communication between each other guarenteed your night went well.

To summarize, I have left this review vary vague on purpose. The time you took to read this I hope proves fruitful because Sorekara is a experience you do NOT want to miss. Yes, it can be pricey for some, but I will say you will also NOT regret the experience in the least.

I can safely say this Resturant deserves it's current Two Star Michelin rating and applaud the chefs, owner, and team. We hope to return soon!”

The hostess Kat greeted us and immediately took us to our table that was nicely decorated with confetti, a birthday card, and the flowers i dropped off earlier in the day. Patrick was our server, and Joseph was our server assistant. Patrick did a great job and explained the menu to my parents, who had never been to the restaurant before. Joseph was quick and attentive to our table, bringing bread and refilling our aqua panna. I ordered a cocktail, and I did not have to wait long at all to receive it. I later ordered a wine, and once again, I did not have to wait long at all to get it. The appetizer came out quickly and was prepared properly (calamari with sauce on the side). Two of the 4 of us ordered steak at different temperatures, and each one was cooked perfectly. Steaks were seasoned well and arrived sizzling hot. The manager Lauren came to our table to ask how our meal was, which we said was perfect. The table was cleared once we were done with dinner, and our leftovers were packed nicely by Joseph. We were then surprised with a birthday dessert with candles for my mom's birthday. Everything was perfect, and my parents are excited to come back!”

“We dined here for our anniversary dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It wasn’t formal as they are at Del Frisco’s but they let you know they were there. Even the managing partner, Philip and the manager, Jeff introduced themselves. We had the price fixe Land and Sea and opted for a tomahawk ribeye which was done as I prefer with little seasoning and salt. The mushroom bisque soup was flavorful. Our waitress, Dana was attentive and professional. I would definitely come back because Del Frisco’s will probably cost us twice as much.”

“Of all the times we have eaten here this was our first bad experience. Our steaks were very undercooked and even after my wife's steak was taken back to cook more it was still too rare.She was told the steak would be taken off the check..not what we were looking for. We were never asked if they could cook another steak for my wife. We were offered another salad or dessert instead. We left very upset and hungry.”

I appreciate that it's a family-owned business, and I enjoy seeing pictures of their family displayed on the walls. The staff is fantastic, and the family is very kind. We are truly blessed to have them in our community. I was there on their opening day, and I knew this place was going to be magical. If you haven't been to Stasio's, you're missing out. My favorite item on the menu is the Stasio's sub with extra roasted red pepper.”

“This place is such a hidden gem. It’s a really chill cafe, they sell small potted plants, incredible pastries, milk teas and lattes. I gift treats to my clients from here sometimes and it’s always a hit. The spicy cheese cookies are fantastic in tomato soup or crushed over salad, or air fried with Parmesan. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, eager to answer questions and offer samples. “Quesadillas, tacos, tamales, and more! Today, I'll make my 8th visit to Taquería y Antojitos El Zarape Mexicano at 3604 Curry Ford Rd. for what I have found to be the best Mexican food in Otrlando. It's a food truck parked on the corner of a convenience store! And, it is only open on Saturday and Sunday! (12 Noon-10PM). You know it's good if I wait until the weekend to get my Mexican on! There is a bit of a language barrier as the owners speak mostly Spanish and understand some basic English. And with three quarters of college Spanish under my belt, I am barely able to utter, "Como esta Usted?". But, the menu has lots of pictures so pointing works. The best part is the food. Second best part: the prices. $2.50 tacos made fresh. By far the best quesadilla I've ever enjoyed. As a friend says, "They're legit" Great burittos! Huaraches. They have outdoor covered seating or you can get your Mexican to go.”

“We thought how can this place have 4.8 stars? So, we found out why. We went to the Orlando Farmer’s Market and found the food items there really expensive. So we went to find a nearby restaurant and found Dada. What a find! We really liked their buffet. The dishes were really nice and fresh. They kept being refreshed and filled food to replenish. They had 2 desserts and my favorite, gulab jaman were outstanding. I added a masala chai to the meal and it too was perfect. Of course they offer a rather large menu of items for dinner as well. We have not had an Indian Buffet in a really long time and the food was really good. Give them a try and park behind the building as there are lots of spots, then walk around to the front door. YUMM!”
