“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“Who doesn't like ChickFilA? It's a staple in the quest for great fast food. Is it healthier than McD's? Just by a small margin because grease is grease no matter what you're cooking or how you are cooking it. And Those Delicious Waffle Fries, fried in grease and totally all carbs.

Parking: Park wherever you'd like, but the drive thru works like a well oiled machine. It's amazing. He's using the same management techniques as Disney does. I know cause I attended Disney's College of Knowledge and was interviewed by Chick-fil-A. So, I see lot's of similarities.THE BEST CHOICE FOR FAST FOOD WITH A SMILE ?!“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. “Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

“Blown away by the service here. A few months ago we drove-thru and when we got home we realized they forgot a few things in our order. We called to share our frustration and they were very sympathetic and told us that if we gave them another chance, they would make things right. They sure did! “I've been to Arby's a number of times over the years and today was no exception. I stopped in with a friend and we had an early lunch. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. We enjoyed our lunch and rang the bell on the way out.“

“Came here after dealing with another locations horrible service. Put in my large order and man the proficiency of this place is great. The staff are so friendly and applied for extra minutes wait when not needed it was a large order. Everyone loves taco bell come here.

“Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!“
