“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.

Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.

One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.

I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.

At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.

The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.

I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10 stars from me!“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“My fiancé and I stopped in after leaving the Katy Williams show and both of us ordered the mad chicken sandwich, rice and coleslaw and fries. Everything was fresh and amazing. Mad chicken has never disappointed me.

“By far the best chicken I've ever had. Years ago I had PDQ in North Carolina and I thought that couldn't be beat. Canes is by far the best. It was so tender and the breading is minimal and the sauce is soooooooo good. Parking was horrendous but service was great.“

“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“

“I went to Chicken Fil A in Fox Chapel on Thursday and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the excellent service. The bathrooms are spotless, the dining room is spotless, and the food, as always, is delicious. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“I went here last night after the huge storm and nobody had power but they did. The place was super busy the employees remained calm and respectful. Line was out the door and they were running out of food. The boy at the register his name was Scott even though he was running back and forth between making milkshakes and waiting on customers he still greeted every customer with a smile including my self. “I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. “I was hungry last night. Hungry in that way that makes you a menace to everyone and everything around you. I needed something to eat fast and I didn’t wanna make it myself – thankfully for me Bird On The Run is a couple blocks away and available on DoorDash!

I made my order and I think it was here in maybe 25 minutes? Usually that quickness comes with some kind of downside like undercooked, chicken or soggy fries. None of that to be found here.

The sandwich was massive, one of those things that you pull out of the bag and your jaw drops at the spectacle of it. I wish that I could’ve taken a picture, but I was so hungry that I devoured it without a picture even crossing my mind. I want to stress how much food you get. Huge chicken sandwich and a really large container of very well-cooked, well-seasoned fries! I ended up giving the remaining half of my fries to my husband because I couldn’t finish them all.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. We’re living in an era where it’s hard to feel Like you got your moneys worth when you pay for food delivery, and I feel like I got my money’s worth and then some.“

“Haven't been to this location up until today. I am a person that favors taco bell and usually do online orders to earn rewards that keep bringing me back. This location after today's order is my absolute favorite! I have never had a location actually have the meat be hot and the lettuce be a cool crisp. (Everything is usually the same temp) The textures and quality together were on point! Staff was friendly and quick with service!“

“Great burgers , fries & milkshakes“

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“This was probably the best fried chicken I've ever had! We had legs and thighs, mac and cheese and fries, and dessert. Loved the seasonings on the chicken, the mac and cheese was delicious, very cheesy and creamy. Fries were great, and I'm not even a big fry person. Haven't tried the cheesecake yet. The service was good, we waited about 15 min because the the place was moderately busy and the food is done fresh. If we were local, we would eat here often! I highly recommend this place!“

“The African American young lady who worked the drive thru window was phenomenal. Excellent speaking voice & service. Kind, respectful AND had a beautiful smile. Too many individuals who are in the service industry find it difficult to smile. On the flip side, too many customers are very rude to those in the service industry. Great job Arby's!“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“

“I don't know if all taco bells are independently owned or not, but the Taco Bell near my home in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, is not consistently good with service or food quality.
This location in the Gibsonia area, has much better service and food quality late at night.
I stop on my way to work usually around 11:00 p.m. and there's only one food item that I normally order that is consistently inferior, (nacho fries)??
Anything else that I've ordered has always been hot and very well-made and presented.
But no matter any time I've had an order of the nacho fries they are not hot, sometimes they're hard, sometimes very soft and soggy, and either over fried or under fried. Tonight was the last time I'm going to try ordering them there because I shouldn't have to pay for the kind of nacho fries I'm getting... Other than that one food item anything else that I get from there is delicious and the staff is always friendly and smiling at the drive thru.“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“
