The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality.

I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A.

She has provided me and my family with exceptional service and attention to detail on our orders whether dining in or taking out. “The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

“The service at this Wendy’s in the best. My daughter goes almost every day to get her spicy nuggets and Coke Zero. She calls me before hand and I can hear the workers at the drive thru. They are always so pleasant and the food is always so good.“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“I went in one day to pick up a DoorDash order. The owner (i assume?) asked if i ate pork and gave me one single rib to try. It was so cruel. I ate it in the car on the way to my delivery and then i really didn't want to take the delivery at all, i wanted to take that order home with me. I don't really have rib money right now but i spent 6 weeks thinking about those ribs before i finally caved and ordered a half rack one night. And I'm still thinking about the next time I'll be able to go get some.“

“Let me tell you with the utmost honesty this is by far one of my favorite places to get chicken and other food after work. It always hits the spot, whether I’m actually hungry or not, and somehow it just makes me crave it even more. The more I think about it, the more I want it. “Good water ice tasty and creamy, good pizza pretzels with the choice of beef or pork pepperoni. Fast service and nice ppl, they also have a grill with different kabobs. I definitely recommend you try it, the lines might be long on a nice day but it moves fast. The ppl in line are nice you might make a new friend or see someone you already know.

Parking: Free Street parking but, sometimes it's difficult to find one since it's crowded. But everyone orders and leaves so it won't be long. There's also 2 sides of the streets you can park on so it's not a big deal.“

With this specific location I majority of the time get great customer service & I know they're doing their best. When dining in it can be a bit messy because of how busy the place is. Came out in seconds and it was all very nice and hot and delicious 😋 Jason who I think was the manager was awesome too checked in on us and let us try the mac since we didn't get it which it was great. My husband liked his tropical mango drink, I got the cucumber basil, it was like a lime seltzer. For me it was a great refresher. Overall amazing experience and the other staff member was also extraordinary. Didn't catch his name. Def will be back at 10am!! Thank you both for a great experience.“
