But, this place is such a gem because of their wide range of gluten free options!! It is so hard to find GF items in NEPA, let alone this big of a selection. The GF chicken parm in the pictures is INCREDIBLE. I will always come back here!“

“Looking for a sit down restaurant while traveling through the area. We didn't expect to be blown away by the amazing meal that we had at Harvest. We couldn't decide what to eat and so shared a lot of smaller items. Our young kids enjoyed their food and mocktails as well.“

I also appreciate the atmosphere and it being quiet, but not too quiet, and a very relaxed but professional space. “Rich's Restaurant is an absolute gem. The waitstaff here are incredibly attentive and helpful. You will rarely see your coffee cup drop more than a quarter of the way down before a smiling server is there with a refill. Even if you're a heavy coffee guzzler, they'll practically be standing by, pot in hand, waiting for eye contact the second the mug leaves your face. They are that good! They make a genuine effort to get to know you and make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. If you’re looking for that warm, small-town feel—and that extra welcoming touch you can't quite put into words—Rich’s is the place.

The food completely speaks for itself. I haven't had a bad meal here yet. They offer a ton of great specials on the weekends, and you absolutely must try their gumbo. It’s a legendary staple within those four walls.

As for the prices, they are exactly what you'd expect nowadays. They aren't overly expensive, but they aren't cheap either—they sit right in that perfect sweet spot that allows a family to enjoy a Saturday morning breakfast ritual without breaking the bank.

“We follow some NEPA eatery pages and hot wing groups to find good places for my husband and I to get wings! We had Haggerty's wings for the first time yesterday and they were hands down the best wings I've ever had. They were perfectly cooked crispy wings and delicious sauce, perfect blue cheese and crunchy (not wilted) celery! They won us over and we will definitely be back for some hot wings! (Also their other apps were excellent!) They staff was pleasant the atmosphere is so inviting! Can't wait to come again for a beer and wings!“

“We were introduced to a tasting of The Cashew Lounge on a wine train event we attended in Carbondale this past Fall. We have been wanting to get to the actual restaurant since then and decided it was a nice sunny Sunday why not take a ride today as we live about 40 minutes away. So glad we did, it was so worth the trip. The food was top notch, the service was fabulous! Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable and some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered in a restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable and clean! The food from appetizer to dessert was A+. We had the Buffalo Chicken Empanadas as an appetizer, homemade and sooo good!. I had the Gnocchi in Vodka Sauce as my entree and it came with choice of soup , I chose the Tomato Basil. Wow, no words , both were wonderful. My husband also chose the Tomato Basil soup and as his Entree chose the Chicken Parmesan over pasta which had a nice twist, it was served with Vodka Sauce instead of the usual red sause. He thought it was delicious! If you leave here hungry that's definitely on you, the portions are huge and we both brought home leftovers. We couldn't resist the Creme Brulee Donut dessert special OMG!! As a side note I never know what kind of cocktail I want order, so I simply said, surprise me with something sweet and fun! They sure did deliver , a chocolate covered strawberry martini , it was so yummy. Thanks for being so playful with my request, most places just kind of give me a look , lol. We even got to chat with the owner, such a nice guy! Thanks for a wonderful first experience, we will definitely be putting The Cashew Lounge on our restaurant rotation!!! “Meatloaf tasted good but was a bit mushy, zucchini and tomatoes were phenomenal, potatoes tasted like they were powdered, soup was absolutely delicious, and the gravy wasn’t homemade but wasn’t bad. Service was good, food came out quickly. The booth tables are too low and you have to bend over to eat which is a bit uncomfortable. The regular table’s hight looked fine tho.“

Kim, the manager is very polite and checks to see if the customer enjoyed their time while dinning at the restaurant. Kim makes sure to ask how the food came out to the customers in the restaurant.“

“Came here for the Halloween party, it was so much fun and the service was so friendly. A miller light draft was only 3.60!! I don’t know if that’s everyday but we went on a Friday, very rarely do you see a miller for that cheap. My friend got wings too and loved them. Bartenders were busy but they were super friendly.“
