“What an interesting place ! I was initially greeted by the ritual greeting of ' let me see if a table is available " . After a slight wait my party of 4 was seated at a booth with a window view. I must admit I was amazed the first time the express train silently flew by. I ordered the Steak and shared the grilled octopus with my husband. The food was excellent, and my server was very pleasant. It was a very cold night however I found the environment very warm and accommodating as our party enjoyed a fabulous bottle of red wine . Our experience overall was quite good and look forward to a Friday happy hour visit !“

Of course fancypants mcgee here had to go for the most expensive cocktail on the list, but The Waldorf is absolutely worth it! (Tobacco Road and Bombay Moon were beautiful too don't get me wrong)

“Came to the neighborhood to look at a rental unit so I popped in here for lunch. Staff was welcoming, drinks were inexpensive, the Angus burger was delicious. Bar tender was super kind and the other patrons we're super sociable. I will be popping back into this place periodically. Hidden gem ♥️“

The menu is stunning, with crowd pleasing dishes like the Hash Browns with Peekytoe Crab and Uni (a delicious combination of hot and cold, soft and crunchy), Caesar-like Salad, Country Ham with Squid Ink Biscuits, and Sweet Amalia Oysters. Whole Fried Black Bass is like a sculpture set in the center of the table. Cocktails are excellent. The chicken is a very large portion. Most plates are share size. Many people order the Grande Plateau, which looks like a lot of seafood.“

“The Cigar Republic is about as welcoming a cigar lounge you can ask for. The staff members are courteous and well spoken. Louie is great and very, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping in to either buy cigars or smoke at the bar.

“This place is a great spot for brunch! My friend told me about this great brunch spot so I had to try it. Their biscuit board was so good, the mimosa’s were the perfect mix, and the food was on point. Kevin is the acting manager and he always made sure that we were happy and well taken care of. All the staff is friendly which made it a fun atmosphere to dine it, plus I love the throw back music. This was a perfect addition to my Sunday, I will definitely be back!“
