“The 5 stars rating say it all. I ate there the first year Chef Greg opened the door to the public. I've dined there from its earliest days until now. Pastas, meatballs and sauces are outstanding. I only wish they would bring back the Panna Cotta. The menu is limited but that's how the quality is maintained, this is not Pasta Too.“

“We had our wedding rehearsal dinner for twelve there last Friday evening. I had made the reservation with Doug, the very nice owner, a month prior after he graciously showed me the restaurant. At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.“

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. This restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian food!“

Roseanne helped me tweak the menu, made suggestions and answered any questions I had. The brides choices were tortellini Alfredo, chicken parm, meatballs, stuffed shells, and pasta with salad and rolls.The food was delivered on time..the delivery driver was great!.He went over the order and made sure it was all there.
