“The 5 stars rating say it all. I ate there the first year Chef Greg opened the door to the public. I've dined there from its earliest days until now. Pastas, meatballs and sauces are outstanding. I only wish they would bring back the Panna Cotta. The menu is limited but that's how the quality is maintained, this is not Pasta Too.“

At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.“

I got The Basil Pesto pasta. You can choose penne or spaghetti with it. I chose penne. My friend got a pita pocket that was filled with meatballs and Avocado Chop salad. Wewent to pay after arguing with my friend that I was paying she finally gave in and let me treat her! The cashier that checked us out was super nice, funny and a great Employee! I was pleased with our visit . Amy the cashier that checked us out gave us lids for our food! We couldn't finish it all and she gave us lids for the sauce too! She even got us each a bag.
