“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! Great job Mad Chef!“

“It’s good, menu is updated seasonally but it’s only ok. Not quite fine dining and service is a little suspect Procedures of serving across and behind patrons needs to be adjusted. If you’re eating at the bar, please walk around bar instead of the patron leaning back having to move and figure it out. Mixed drinks are good and wine list is good and the porch is pleasant. Place is good, just could be a little better“

“The food is to die for, you cannot pick a wrong item! We got the crab dip appetizer, pulled pork entree, crab cake sandwich and the kid's mini dog with fries. Everything was spectacular. Highly recommend the apples and cinnamon as a side! The staff is helpful and attentive from the host all the way to the waitress and managers. I've never been to a restaurant where the service is so great! We will definitely be a return customer 😊 Side note: The restaurant is extremely kid friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and tables with enough room to fit the high chair or a stroller while still having enough room for everyone else.“

“Had the best time at Reflections Restaurant to celebrate my dads retirement. I have a almost three year old with that said this place was just so nice going in at 3pm - we had a little area to ourselves and the food was amazing. I never order a pork chop anywhere as well ya... lol but thanks to this page ans what i read on reviews it was by far the best meal i had in a long time. My girl ordered the pizza didnt touch any of it as she was too busy eating my pork chop and her grand parents yummy meat loaf and truffle mac and cheese All of us left stuffed and happy It was just too darn yummy ! “Very easy to make reservations via Open Door for our Table of 6. Staff was very accommodating to meet our needs to sit close to Band! Food was awesome. Server Zia was very happy to also meet our needs in a timely manner. We will def. b back.“

“Fun time, surprised by the mini golf.
The waitress was not very attentive to me at all but helped all the men at the table. When they needed a drink refill they got it right away without asking and she'd set it down next to their current drink.
When i needed a refill on my water i had to wait a long time to get the chance to ask and she made me give her my cup with i was actively sipping from and poured more water from an identical cup into it instead of just setting it down. That was a really awkward moment for me.
The food runner spilled a chunk of my fries so that was great and friends pretzel bites were burnt on the bottom. Didn't even mind the limited food due to running out of some things.

The live entertainment by no means needs to be 100% volume in an enclosed space. I end up staring at my friends for 45 minutes waiting to sprint outside so we can actually talk at all.“

“Haven’t been here for several years and tonight wondered why not? Amazing service from Edwin and the table staff from the time we were seated until the moment we left. Calamari was lightly breaded and served with both a delightful pesto and zesty Thai chile sauce. Preferred the wedge over the Caesar salad, however, both were tasty. Our family had three different steaks with a variety of sauces. The 6 ounce fillet was to die for. All were served with the perfect temp ordered. And then there were the truffle fries. Seasoned with truffle salt, not saturated in truffle oil. No words. Forgot to mention wonderful 3 piece band playing which added to the night. Forgot about the garden room, which we will request next time as a little less formal than where we were seated. We travel often and dine out often and this is a rare exception a recommendation is made. 5-star experience tonight and highly recommend.“

“I came here for a trivia night event and had the Sea-duction with a side of green beans and a baked potato. The seafood was tender and well-seasoned. I especially enjoyed the broiled flounder. The baked potato was cooked just right and came with butter and sour cream. I absolutely loved the seasoning on the green beans and they were tender without being overcooked. The service was prompt and friendly, especially with the business of the evening. The dining area was open with an inviting ambiance. I would come back again and sample some more of their menu in the future!“

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

A friend of mine of many years said it’s the best in the area, my wife and I just moved back from Florida and they don’t make very pizza down there.😊 Anyway, your pizza is AWESOME, TASTY and just very very delicious and great!!!! Great crust, love the sauce, curled up pepperoni!!! I loved it and I know my wife will too!!!!!😊❤️🍕🍕🍕❤️😊 The young lady bartender was very nice and personable and the young man that made my pizzas also was very very nice and polite!!!! “great food selection. every time I try to eat here the parking lot & surrounding block is full. or on one day it says they're open online and then they're closed. it's been a few weeks unable to catch them at the right time unfortunately. maybe time for a bigger lot or something“

“This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

The only thing is that most of the time you have to call back to back before anyone answers the phone and when you arrive, the staff seems a little chaotic and overwhelmed - maybe they're understaffed? I've never had a negative interaction with anyone, there just seems to be a lot of confusion and overwhelm. All that aside, I really do love this place.“

“Penley's Pub is a recent addition to Dutch Wonderland. It's the first restaurant inside the park that serves alcohol and they have a great selection of local beers. They also have a few food options focusing on pretzels and sausages. The prices are decent given that it's inside an amusement park.“

“Had seen the billboard and we were in the area so decided to try it. We were both glad we did! My wife got a wrap with potato twists and I got the fried chicken plate. We both couldn't believe how good they were. Great waitress also. The pretzels are a great added bonus. Can't wait to come back and try other items.“
