“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! “It’s good, menu is updated seasonally but it’s only ok. Not quite fine dining and service is a little suspect Procedures of serving across and behind patrons needs to be adjusted. If you’re eating at the bar, please walk around bar instead of the patron leaning back having to move and figure it out. Mixed drinks are good and wine list is good and the porch is pleasant. Place is good, just could be a little better“

“The food is to die for, you cannot pick a wrong item! We got the crab dip appetizer, pulled pork entree, crab cake sandwich and the kid's mini dog with fries. Everything was spectacular. Highly recommend the apples and cinnamon as a side! The staff is helpful and attentive from the host all the way to the waitress and managers. I've never been to a restaurant where the service is so great! We will definitely be a return customer 😊 Side note: The restaurant is extremely kid friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and tables with enough room to fit the high chair or a stroller while still having enough room for everyone else.“

“Fun time, surprised by the mini golf.
The waitress was not very attentive to me at all but helped all the men at the table. When they needed a drink refill they got it right away without asking and she'd set it down next to their current drink.
When i needed a refill on my water i had to wait a long time to get the chance to ask and she made me give her my cup with i was actively sipping from and poured more water from an identical cup into it instead of just setting it down. That was a really awkward moment for me.
The food runner spilled a chunk of my fries so that was great and friends pretzel bites were burnt on the bottom. Didn't even mind the limited food due to running out of some things.

The live entertainment by no means needs to be 100% volume in an enclosed space. I end up staring at my friends for 45 minutes waiting to sprint outside so we can actually talk at all.“

“Haven’t been here for several years and tonight wondered why not? Amazing service from Edwin and the table staff from the time we were seated until the moment we left. Calamari was lightly breaded and served with both a delightful pesto and zesty Thai chile sauce. Preferred the wedge over the Caesar salad, however, both were tasty. Our family had three different steaks with a variety of sauces. The 6 ounce fillet was to die for. All were served with the perfect temp ordered. And then there were the truffle fries. Seasoned with truffle salt, not saturated in truffle oil. No words. Forgot to mention wonderful 3 piece band playing which added to the night. Forgot about the garden room, which we will request next time as a little less formal than where we were seated. We travel often and dine out often and this is a rare exception a recommendation is made. 5-star experience tonight and highly recommend.“

I have a almost three year old with that said this place was just so nice going in at 3pm - we had a little area to ourselves and the food was amazing. “We truly cannot sing enough praises for the Cork Factory Hotel! Jen, Keri, and the rest of the Cork staff made our weekend absolutely seamless, from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best wedding weekend that we could have ever imagined. As our coordinator, Jen was a godsend! She managed every panicked email, every request, and every question with grace and kindness. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the rooms are so comfortable. The ballroom transformed from ceremony to reception beautifully. We could not imagine getting married anywhere else, and we are already planning our next trip back to visit. We have heard nothing from good things from all of our guests who attended the wedding, about how elegant the venue was, and how they enjoyed the food. A friend of mine of many years said it’s the best in the area, my wife and I just moved back from Florida and they don’t make very pizza down there.😊 Anyway, your pizza is AWESOME, TASTY and just very very delicious and great!!!! “This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

The only thing is that most of the time you have to call back to back before anyone answers the phone and when you arrive, the staff seems a little chaotic and overwhelmed - maybe they're understaffed? “We arrived early for our reservation and were promptly seated although the other couple had not yet arrived. We were soon greeted by our server Graham who was pleasant from the outset asking about the special occasion I had referenced when making our reservation. This was a celebration dinner for my son and his fiance's recent engagement. We were made comfortable with drinks until everyone arrived. We listened as Graham described the specials for the evening and decided to select a few appetizers to share. The Ceviche and Frito Misto were special appetizers and we rounded things out with a shrimp cocktail. Not a morsel was left on the plates. Some of the diners interested in soup or salad were offered half size portions in light of the meal to come. Our Entrees consisted of Lobster Linguini, Roasted Bronzino and Filet Mignon. Although some of the descriptions listed sides, they were quick to accommodate requests for substitutions. Everything was well prepared and delicious. When it came time for dessert, my son and his fiance decided to share the Peach Cobbler Dessert Special. As I had mentioned to Graham what the occasion was that we were celebrating, the Charger Plate upon which the dessert was served was decorated with the word Congratulations written in chocolate syrup around the edge. It capped off a truly memorable meal.“

They also have a few food options focusing on pretzels and sausages. The prices are decent given that it's inside an amusement park.“

“In business for nearly thirty years, Lancaster Brewing Company has the brewpub concept down pat. The atmosphere is casual (albeit potentially fairly loud), and the dining area offers a view of the brewery tanks. Speaking of the beer, there are quite a few varieties to choose from – everything from nitro stouts to peanut butter ales — and LBC offers flights for those who want to try it all. The food selections are equally impressive. While you can find the requisite wings/burger/pizza here, LBC also defies expectations by offering up white chili or a chicken, leek, and lager pie.

My wife and I split an order of teriyaki fried cauliflower, a braided soft pretzel, and a burger meister and found the food to be very good. The cauliflower featured thick breading and a sweet teriyaki glaze. I could have eaten an entrée’s worth of it and have been satisfied. The pretzel was warm and pulled apart easily. Rather than being accompanied by separate cheese and mustard dips, its partner was a blend of beer cheese and mustard, strongly flavored but tasty if you don’t mind mustard. The burger featured fresh ground bratwurst, something that will leave you wondering where it was all your life. The accompanying fries were natural-cut, salty, and crisp.

While our server was friendly and helpful at the beginning of the meal, she vanished toward the end, and we were in for a wait to get our checks. LBC isn’t cheap for what it offers - $13 for the cauliflower, $16 for the burger – but the portions are at least sizeable.

If you want good beer, good food, and a dash of the unexpected, Lancaster Brewing Company is a very appealing option as long as you have the patience for high volume and a bit of a wait.“

“Had seen the billboard and we were in the area so decided to try it. We were both glad we did! My wife got a wrap with potato twists and I got the fried chicken plate. We both couldn't believe how good they were. Great waitress also. The pretzels are a great added bonus. Can't wait to come back and try other items.“
