“Came here for the Halloween party, it was so much fun and the service was so friendly. A miller light draft was only 3.60!! I don’t know if that’s everyday but we went on a Friday, very rarely do you see a miller for that cheap. My friend got wings too and loved them. Bartenders were busy but they were super friendly.“

“I’ll definitely be drinking here again — the drinks are ice‑cold, the vibe is lively, and I always have a good time. My only “complaint”? On busy nights or when there’s a band, it gets loud enough to make me wonder if my ears signed up for a workout. But let’s be real… that’s probably just me aging out of the rock‑concert phase. Bring on the cold drinks — I’ll survive the noise!“

“The Nyx bar is a refreshing bar that serves unique and great drinks. My favorite drink at the moment is the pear martini and the orange crush (which they use fresh squeezed orange juice). The vibe in the bar is very welcoming and comfortable to be in. The bartenders are so attentive and respectful one of them sierra was making 4 drinks while taking an order and she got it all correct.
Now the food is were it gets better. My favorite thing to eat so far is the penne and vodka pasta and the garlic parm wings. Unfortunately didn’t get a pic of the pasta but those wings are to die for. Would recommend this place.
The only complaint I have for this place is I wish it was open later.“

“Our first visit a few weeks ago left a great impression on us. So much so last night we took our family & friends to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary. Since there were 17 of us we sat at the bar & 2 bar height tables. We felt since there were many of us we chose to go as soon as they opened. This we felt did not take away during their busy dinner time. Great service, great food & awesome time was had by all. I can’t say enough of how wonderful this place is. The owners did everything to please us and we were not disappointed. Thank you “Hooked”. We will be back. 10/10“

“I like this place for its food but it’s a little loud and screen-bright for me. It is a sports bar, though, so it’s me, not them 😂. Food is consistently pretty good. Have had only a couple flops in my many visits. The service is a little hit and miss, but I attribute this to the general age of the servers. They are mostly very young, so are often not terribly…seasoned…in service. But other than that, this is a great place to pop in for a nice comfort food meal. My favorites are the haddock fish fry (or seafood combo) and the meatloaf. The burgers are also quite excellent. Good times!“

“Awesome place and one of my favorite Irish Pubs! Andy Gavin’s has the best Guinness draft in NEPA. Our server Frenchie was kind and provided quick service. I’d recommend this place to anyone on just the food and drinks alone but the service is also great too! 10/10“

“I had ordered online, and opted for doordash delivery. The dasher was rude, and brought me the wrong food. He needed that tip more than I. He told me to contact bww because they gave him the wrong food. That was a lie. When I spoke to the GOAT Joe, he made sure to fix any and ALL issues. He even went as far as bringing my order to my front door!! Greatly appreciated!! One thing is for sure there ARE still GREAT people out there. Joe exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond. Thank you Joe! I will most definitely be ordering again!“
