“Great cozy bed and breakfast. Staying here out of town for work, unbeatable prices ; $120 for 1 weeks stay. If you’re working night shift I’d reccomend you bring ear plugs as the walls are thin and people come in bright and early. Other than that it’s very hard to beat!“

“Busy Bee Cafe is exceptional! The food is homemade and delicious! April and Maddie provide great service with a friendly face! I highly recommend the Cinnamon Buns, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Broccoli Cheddar soup! They have coloring pages and puzzles available for kiddos! My friends and I love meeting here for lunch dates! Great breakfast spot too! The bee theme is so welcoming and cozzzzy! 🐝 Busy Bee is an excellent experience every time! 🙂“

“Amazing breakfasts. Omelets are great, I usually get, I think it's called a breakfast bowl. Home fries, eggs, sausage and cheese all cooked together. Speaking of home fries, these are the best around and second place isn't even close. Slow cooked on the griddle I could make a meal out of them alone.
As far as there being no wifi, there is very good cellular service there. Use your phone as a Hotspot, it's 2026 man! Sounds like somebody just wanted Starbucks and wanted to trash the small town feel.“

“With our warm greetings into this delightful restaurant we knew right away this family owed business was going to make our lunch experience worthwhile ~ it did not disappoint. The food was amazing! (Crispy chicken sandwich w/peppers, their slightly tangy Chipotle sauce on a requested bed of lettuce, was absolutely delicious as well as their overstuffed calzone) What sets them apart from other restaurants in the area is their kind, caring "feel at home" atmosphere. We will definitely be back for more of their wonderful food options and some great conversations. Thank you!“

“I can honestly say, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better fried haddock sandwich, a better drink, or better service than today. The food was amazing (this sandwich was massive! It filled both Adam and I!), and the bartender (Jared) was not only super friendly and social, but he also gave amazing recommendations on drinks, and was super attentive and overall one of the best bartenders I’ve ever been around! I will definitely be returning to Green Gables again.“

“Went in on a Saturday morning. Was greeted and sat as soon as I walked thru the entryway. Was a little busy, but my my drink order was taken right away and brought back. My food was served hot fresh and quickly. Even tho the waitress was the only one there and was busy, she was still able to check on me and make sure I had my coffee refilled and asked if I wanted or needed anything else. Felt very welcomed!
