Upon ordering a brownie sundae, I let her know that I didn’t want the cherry that comes on top. She gave me my sundae, and told me that instead of the cherry I didn’t want, they put an extra little piece of brownie on top for me 🥹 it was such a sweet gesture, it really made my day. The swirl soft serve with rainbow jimmies was so worth it. Not only was it truly yummy but the ice cream never melted like they do at the other shops. Not sure of the machine they decided to invest in but my cone maintained its shape to the very end.

“Yesterday was my first visit there. First, there was a sign indicating an invitation to use their back patio. I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I was impressed that they were open in the middle of a rainy, cloudy Sunday afternoon. Their serving the ice cream cone in a little container was a cute addition.“

“Always a nice place to take your kids on a hot day. Not a ton of seating if you plan on staying but the staff (mostly students) are all very friendly and generally very helpful.

Parking: On a busy day, parking is near impossible in the lot as it's pretty tight, and there aren't many spots, but street parking is always a viable option.“

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

You get a good sized portion for the price
They have sizes from small all the way up to quart

“Please stop by this location with the newer owners! This is our go to spot for our blizzards and also for everyone’s birthday cake! They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. Definitely make this your go to Dairy Queen!“

“I’m a HUGE fan of the Meadowlark. Food is creative and delicious, pastries are out of this world, mocha is absolutely top tier. I’ve never been disappointed. The environment is cozy, warm and welcoming and everyone is always so nice.Got my kiddo and. His friend a burger for lunch today and they RAVED about them (and the ability to add or remove things to make them kid friendly is fantastic!). His friend said it’s the best burger he’s ever had! “Got a half scoop of milky chocolate and a half scoop of darkest chocolate. They were SO delicious! I want more!! It was served with a piece of waffle cone.
When you enter, you are immediately greeted by the smell of fresh waffle cones. The staff were super friendly on a Saturday evening. I didn’t realize this place was so big in the area when I went, but I’m so glad I tried it out. I’d definitely be back when I am in the area!

“Water ice is good and not full of ice chips. The pretzels were hot and the service was quick and cost very affordable. Had an order of 3 min water ice , 2 cheese pretzels and 1 plain pretzels for $12 +/-. It was clean and there was parking.

Parking: It's a small lot that fits about 8 cars. But every time I go the lot empties out fast and I always get a spot right in front .
