“I have been to Mama Pepino's in Glassport several times. Great place!!! I've been there with 20+ other members of my family and they took great care of us!!! But I made the mistake of ordering delivery yesterday. The delivery guy was the sorriest excuse for a human being I have ever met!!! He needs to stay in the restaurant!!! He was not a good ambassador for the business!!! He did nothing but complain when he got here!!! Not a pleasant person. He gave me the wrong order and had to come back to exchange the orders!!! I felt sorry a 350+ lb. person had to climb my steps a second time!!! I gave him a $13 tip. Should have been 13 cents!!!“

The counter service is so busy and still organized and friendly. The pizza is very different than what you may be use to. Cheese and toppings are piled on cold after the crust and sauce are cooked to a crispy tasty perfection. I like to take a few bites as served and then bake or broil the rest. You gotta love cheese like I do to love this pizza. I personally love the sauce because it's not sweet nor bitter, very flavorful and clearly fresh made. If you think you can eat 4 square pieces, you may want to order 3 or save some for leftovers. If you're still reading, parking is tight but spots open fairly quickly. Just be a bit patient.“

I didn’t realize they are typically closed on Monday, but the person I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and took our order anyway.
