“This was a yelp find that ended up being a total diamond of a find. The drinks were well made and not overdone. The Brussel sprout appetizer is the best I have ever had. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, but the burgers are just amazing. Finally, dessert is just.... Wow. True creme brulee, made the way it was meant to be and in such a perfect abundant portion. We could not be more thrilled with our experience. The waitress we had, Heather, was just a font of information, she gave fantastic recommendations and made sure our first experience was just above and beyond. We will be back.“

“Superb food in a comfortable, upscale setting. I would make this one of my restaurants of choice for business meetings. I ordered the grouper and a Caesar salad. The fish was perfectly baked and seasoned, flaky and moist. The waiter brought my party a whole carafe of lemon water. Our seats by the window ensured our conversation wasn't overwhelmed by other restaurant patrons. No complaints. I'm looking forward to sampling some of their other dishes.“

“we stayed here this past Saturday night. Alexis was very pleasant and gave us a tour before we moved our belongings to our room. Our stay was cozy and enjoyable. We stayed in room 6 & it was the perfect way for me to spend my birthday weekend. The showers were hot & the pressure from the shower was great (i hate it when you go to a hotel and there’s little to no pressure in the shower). Looking forward to to returning one day!“

“Everyone there was very courteous and our server was great. The pub portion of the restaurant was quite dark as you would expect a tavern to be. The patio in the back was completely different and had its own, great vibe. Lots of natural light, a few fireplaces, greenery on the ceiling, etc. We had the “famous fish and chips” and it was delicious! The fish filets were huge, the breading was thick and substantial, crispy and delicious. The chips (fries) were very good as well. The drink menu was enormous and had tasting notes for many of them. We’ll certainly be back.“

“One of the best dining experiences I've had in York! The French onion soup sandwich is one of the best things I've ever tasted! Also - amazing fries with it. My fiancé got the orange glazed chicken which was just as good. The staff were also amazing, and we had a great waitress! For our appetizer we had the cheese fondue, which was great as well. It felt upscale, but the prices were super affordable and reasonable. It was also casual, which we loved!“

“Prices more reasonable than most places and food was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend. Only negative is that the fish tank was overstocked. General rule is one inch of fish to one gallon of water. Nobody likes living in a crowded space.“

“My mother has been telling me for months to try this place. Well, we tried it last night. It was great! A small, unimpressive bar connected to a bowling alley. The food was excellent. I had the ribeye with brussel sprouts. It was cooked perfectly and hands down one of the best steaks I've had in the area. My wife had the filet. It too was excellent and cooked perfectly. Our server was short handed by another server calling in sick...she handled the volume with ease and was extremely pleasant and attentive. Live music came on just before we left and was a nice touch. “After numerous people recommending John Wright, my wife and I decided to give it a try for our anniversary dinner. We did make a reservation. Everything was excellent - from the time we walked in til we walked out. Our server was very friendly, attentive and knew the menu well. The crab and corn risotto starter was absolutely delicious. I could order just several of those and be happy. I had the crab stuffed Mahi Mahi - it was so good, I was sad when it was gone haha. My wife had the seafood manicotti. Another fantastic dish we'd order again. The dessert was a light but mouth watering cheesecake. We can't wait for a little warmer weather to dine outside. The view of the river is great from inside but even better when we walked out to the patio.“

“BEST fresh food. Been coming here for years. It's a regular lunch spot of mine. The employees are so so friendly. I always get a side of ranch and they go out of their way to remember that I get the extra ranch on the side. Talk about customer service. If you're thinking about trying it, just go you won't regret it. The ingredients are always fresh and it's the same every time. I have never had a bad wrap or salad. Our table was weirdly sticky and she did everything she could to clean it. She ended up moving us to another table after finding out the varnish on the table sits in the sun causing the stickiness. “Always love their food, worked there years ago back when it was crazy fun , but the food is still really good was craving my favorite chicken quesidillas and surprised my daughter , always easy to order and pick up if you don't have time to dine in . Plus they serve breakfast all day and all night long. “Wow we had a fantastics experience here! Our service was phenomenal we have never had a server care so much about his job. Jack was our server tonight and to say he was one of the most genuine and sincere servers we have ever had is an understatement. He seemed to care about our experience as well as answering all our questions on the menu. He ran around tending to every table he had and I think he made our experience better being our server. The food and drinks were fantastic as well as the atmosphere this is definitely bucket list restaurant to try and we cand wait to share with friends. “1st time visit. The dining room is very big and bright. We did an early Friday dinner to get the AYCE fish fry. There seemed to be a lot of idle employees. Our waitress was extremely nice and efficient. The food was hot,good portions and tasted great. We did ask questions of 2 different waitstaff that neither could answer. We plan to come back so that's a good thing.Parking: Parking is right behind restaurant. It is tight but do able. The lot was full but restaurant wasn't. Don't know if employees also use the lot.“

“This is one of our regular breakfast location spots. Bring a jacket, especially on cold days because there seems no way to avoid the draft. Also, don't sit near the bar door because sometimes you smell smoke wafting in which is unpleasant. All of this said the wait staff is friendly and prompt. The menus are on the table. Sometimes the specials are fantastic but I'm a huge fan of their unique omelet menu. Huge fan of their taco omelet, which is just what it sounds like.“

Breakfast is my most often eaten meal here, but also eat here at least a couple times a month on nights when we don't get around to cooking early enough. “We love Stony Run Brew House! Our “go to” place for great food, atmosphere and prices. Recently saw they have a small banquet space and booked it for a surprise birthday party with over 30 guests. They knocked it out of the park! They could not be more accommodating and so many people who live in the area commented they can’t believe they’ve never been there and they would be back for sure! I can’t thank Tim and his staff enough for the most amazing job!“

“Stopped for a quick breakfast. Food was decent, just the regular you'd expect for breakfast, eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. Potatoes a little greasy. Place is really bland. Like a wide open cafeteria. Didn't feel very cozy if that makes sense.Anyway that's really not important if you're just there to eat.“

“Marietta Tavern is the perfect find for when you want a good meal and a beer. You can tell Brandi and staff have put a lot of hard work into the place. We just ate at Wing Night and everything came out yummy. Even the 8 year old was happy. There are games on the wall in the one room making it more of a family setting. We have been there for Trivia Night as well. If you don’t want to cook some night, def check it out!“
