“Gettysburg was our last stop on our 2 week summer road trip. We’ve eaten at restaurants with 5 star reviews on our trip but honestly the food we ordered and took back to our room from here was some of the best. The burger was thick and cooked perfectly! Fish tacos great flavor and my son loved his wings. Wait staff was very helpful and packed my to-go great with all the fixings.“

“I really love the food here, and never had a bad meal. We love going for breakfast and glad you changed from home fries to hash browns. But we don`t get there for breakfast much because you changed your hours. For us 10am is to late when you get up around 6am.Please try to open around 8am. I hate to have to go some place else for breakfast. Thank you“

“Thoroughly felt welcomed mid-afternoon today at Perkins of Hanover! The Staff made sure someone was getting me my drink. Amy made 'The Best(special order) Chocolate Root Beer Shake for me. My HOT food was out in no time! The pictures on Perkins Menu are
SO helpful - but always a tough decision cuz the food is always good.... Best pancakes(especially in the Fall- the pumpkin ones), waffles, all types of eggs and getting into Dinners - Roast Turkey with the Works, yummy Beef Pot Roast and several options of seafood. They've even made the Tilapia for me for breakfast before! Fish is 'brain' food, an ideal start to my day! I LOVE that they have All Day Breakfast! AND I was able to donate to a very worthwhile community cause - customers & staff, alike, were donating left & right to a local family in need. KUDOS to all Staff at Perkins of Hanover - SERVING customers and the community!“

“I just wanted to say, I have a lot of food allergies, so when I order a sandwich I order it without the roll. I always request that it be cut up because you all don't offer plastic knives. It's so hard to try to cut it or pull it apart with those little plastic forks you provide. Well today, we place our order and I tell the girl at the window to make sure they cut it up, my fiance also told her. Well it came out, NOT cut up so I took it over to the door. A girl asked what I wanted, I told her, she acted kinda snippy, she handed off to another girl who then rolled her eyes and she then had one of the guys cut it up. It took all I had to NOT open that door and let them know about the freaken day I just had of having to bury my mother-in-law!!!!! Along with everything else I've been going through these past few months!!!! I really didn't need nor want the freaken attitude! Maybe try offering a little plastic knives with your little plastic forks if it's such a freaken bother to cut food up for a long time customer!“

“Great place with both outdoor and indoor seating. They have crabs, seafood, and broasted chicken. There are a good assortment of sides. The broasted chicken was awesome, and my wife really liked the crabs. It's a casual place with a nice casual atmosphere. It can be loud. We spent about $60 for the two of us, including the tip. That's comparable to what we spend at Mission or Red Robin and less than we typocally spend at Long Horn. Hanover is about an hour and a half from where we live. Today we were in the area for other reasons and decided to give Big Mike's a try. We will definitely come back, just to eat here, even if we don't have any other reason to go to Hanover.“

“This place wasn’t bad but I expected a little better service. The steak was pretty ok. The Texas onion was on point. The shrimp was average. The salads were nothing to write home about. The server was less than desirable. No such thing as refills or prebussing tables. It was average at best. Prices are high compared to similar places. If I didn’t have a gift certificate I wouldn’t have chosen this place.“

“I have been going to the Famous for decades. Always ordered the Hot Dog w/ everything. I recently stopped in abd git my usual 2 dogs with everything and a Strawberry shake. I hatecto say this but the Hot Dogs were horrible. They were dry with a weird texture. I've spoken to several other frequent loyal customers and they said the same thing. I'm not sure if you changed your distributor, but I don't think I can go back. maybe for a cheeseburger with everything. I hope you check into this.“

“What a night! I finally took Cooper for his 1st Lobster. After watching lots of “Coyote Peterson” uTube videos for a couple months, he’d been asking me to take him to eat one. Today was the day. Thank you to Hanovers Red Lobster & their General Manager Michael, he gave us the ultimate educational experience & even sat down with us & showed Cooper how to eat it. Mike got the meat out while Cooper ate it 😂😂. Cooper loved every bite of it & dipped it in his “hot warm butter”. He suggested his 8 year old friend Mia, try a “no thank you bite” ( that’s my rule ! 😂) And, she liked it! It was so funny! Had a great time. Cooper had a blast & enjoyed having Mia join him too!! Thanks so much Michael, for accommodating my request, you’re the best👍😀“

“WE GO HERE QUITE a BIT. FOOD DRINKS VERY GOOD. SERVERS ARE FRIENDLY AND WORK HARD. I HAVE ONE COMPLAINT FOR THE MANAGERS... THE FLOORS ARE FILTY AND BATHROOM NEEDS CLEANED EVERY TIME AND UPDATED W FRESH PAINT. EVERY TIME WE COME THE FLOORS ARE NOT SWEPT AND ARE IN FACT DIRTY. SEEING FOOD UNDER TABLES QUESTIONS EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT CLEANLINESS I WORKED AS HOSTESS AT DIFFERENT PLACES AND ALWAYS MADE SURE CLEAN TABLES FLOORS BATHROOMS CHECKED EVERY HOUR.“

“We LOVE Kanlaya. Small family run business. Food is amazing and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Some of our family favorites: Crab Rangoon, Tom kha soup, Pad woon sen, pineapple fried rice, all the curry’s, and the fried banana dessert is so good. Take the 0-4 Spice level seriously. 😉 I get Spicy 1 and that is plenty spicy.“
