“This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix their mistake. I ended up throwing that drink away. I had told Lori about my experience and I told her that I cannot go without her working! Which only leaves me 2 days in the week to go to Dunkin. #TeamLori“

“I do not Eat at McDonald's anymore, but I do get a large ice coffee almost every day.
I can honestly say compared to the past when I used to eat McDonald's, this is without A doubt The most professional and friendly staff Think i've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant.
I don't know what they're doing there, but they should keep it up.It's refreshing to see so many young people With great communication and customer service skills .“

“Chill place to relax with a coffee and a muffin. The cranberry orange muffin was so good. We also had a red velvet and chocolate cheesecake muffin. All three were perfectly moist and enough to fill you up for breakfast. The latte and mochas that we ordered were well made with just the right amount of sweetness. We ordered a Coconut Butter Latte, a Peanut Butter Caramel Mocha, and Caramel Mudslide Mocha.“

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

“Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“I visit this location often because it’s down the street. I always receive good service, but wanted to give a review today due to the kindness given to me this morning.

I had a very rough morning and had stopped to grab breakfast after ordering on the mobile app. They unfortunately did not have my sandwich is stock, but I was dealing with other things and wasn’t worried about it— just named another sandwich that was offered as a substitute.

The barista that helped serve me offered me the new sandwich and then also gave me a small giftcard to get the sandwich I wanted next time I came in. I really did not expect this, but it was very kind and made my rough morning better. Thank you so much!“

“I love Starbucks, my go to is the dragonfruit lemonade refresher. Although I would love it if they had kiosks like McDonald's, you didn't need to talk to the people. This would help my anxiety, and it would help with their store flow a lot“

“please give sam a raise. i had the most horrible day at my work and wanted to know if they could do a frozen mocha peppermint swirl. but im not good at ordering i have a fear actually. but they completely understood what i said even when i said “the one with the cruchy bits”. they didnt even laugh at me they just helped and i almost cried because sam was so kind to me. i asked for mediums and they gave me larges which made me sob. i really needed this kindness today and i just love sam sm. they also gave me so many blue berry munchkins. i dont think they even counted but it was so sweet. sam i love u and ur amazing at ur job. i hope everyone treats you with the kindness u deserve bc u deserve absolutely everything. thank u so much <3“

“Pretty Much Every Single Worker There Is Awesome! My Drink Is Kind Of Complicated And Most Of The Crew Remembers If Not All Of It, Most Of It. However Kind Of Annoying How They Dont Have A Tip Cup When EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS DOES. I’m Not Changing My Complicated Order For Anything So The Least Management Can Do Is Let Me Tip. “Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

“I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Once I pulled forward the window person took my money with a smile, and told me my food would be ready in a minute. Then, the person which originally took my order handed me my bag. Now my wraps were a special request, which most locations get it wrong and put them in the same sleeve to which they stick together and almost never come in a proper bag. But, not here. They were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Thank you so much this was the best experience yet at a Dunkin.“
