This time everything was wonderful the food was exactly what I expected the people were very friendly and helpful am I order only took a moment or 2 to come out.

The people were very friendly and helpful the problem is that I came here and subjected myself to this food because I was in a hurry but after paying they told me to go park in a spot and wait for my food to be delivered out so I had to wait another few minutes I thought the whole idea of McDonald's was in and out quick and fast the lady in front of me the lady in front of her all of us are sitting over here waiting for our food right now I don't know if they're doing this so their numbers look better for corporate I don't know but this is not why I came her... And to top it all off I just found out they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet tea and of course I've already left so now I'm just out of luck“

“Chill place to relax with a coffee and a muffin. The cranberry orange muffin was so good. We also had a red velvet and chocolate cheesecake muffin. All three were perfectly moist and enough to fill you up for breakfast. The latte and mochas that we ordered were well made with just the right amount of sweetness. We ordered a Coconut Butter Latte, a Peanut Butter Caramel Mocha, and Caramel Mudslide Mocha.“

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

I drive past the Queen Street Starbucks forging the drive-thru to go to the Pauline Drive Starbucks in Giant on the weekends so I can have Debra make my frap. “I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

“I like Starbucks and I like the location but the parking lot is always full every single time I go to park there is not a single parking spot available so I have to park at the Walgreens and walk over. Definitely they did not think about the parking situation when they built this location.“

“Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“I am a dunkin lover, but the frustration comes when you dont have consistency. Here at this Dunkin my drink is ALWAYS made the same way. I love it. Im glad they have this location close to my home and I can grab it on my way to work. The staff are always nice greeted with smiles and small morning conversations. “Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“Pretty Much Every Single Worker There Is Awesome! My Drink Is Kind Of Complicated And Most Of The Crew Remembers If Not All Of It, Most Of It. However Kind Of Annoying How They Dont Have A Tip Cup When EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS DOES. I’m Not Changing My Complicated Order For Anything So The Least Management Can Do Is Let Me Tip. The Crew Won’t Even Secretly Pocket It, If I Try. Bring Back Tips Or Give Them A Raise. My Coffee’s $7.. Yall Can Afford To Give Them A Raise At Least.“

“I have been to a lot of DD. This one is by far the best. They never get my drink wrong. One time they did, the owner remade it 4 times!!! I told him its fine. He insisted. My girl in the drive thru knows everyone's order by heart! This place might be a DD but its more like an old fashion coffee shop that cares about the customer. I enjoy seeing them! They always fix their mistakes. Its not that they never make them. They do it and smile and so sweet.“

The ladies that open that store in the morning are FANTASTIC! Always greeted with a good morning and a smile and they are efficient. “This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“
