“The staff and the owners are extremely kind and open and genuine. Currently enjoying an amazing coffee cake muffin and a cup of coffee while enjoying the outdoor seating.

The ONLY negative is that, while they have plenty of seating for a coffee shop, they’re seem to be popular enough to keep most all tables full, so seating MIGHT be tough depending on when you show up.

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“Highly recommend 'The Wild Batch' at the Franklin Street Social (in Red Lion, PA) and we give a huge shoutout to LEILA who was working tonight - she had over and above customer service, hospitality, and just the right touch for sales...we bought cream puffs, cookies, mocha, latte and pineapple upside down caramel rolls. I drive past the Queen Street Starbucks forging the drive-thru to go to the Pauline Drive Starbucks in Giant on the weekends so I can have Debra make my frap. “I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

However Kind Of Annoying How They Dont Have A Tip Cup When EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS DOES. I’m Not Changing My Complicated Order For Anything So The Least Management Can Do Is Let Me Tip. “please give sam a raise. i had the most horrible day at my work and wanted to know if they could do a frozen mocha peppermint swirl. but im not good at ordering i have a fear actually. but they completely understood what i said even when i said “the one with the cruchy bits”. they didnt even laugh at me they just helped and i almost cried because sam was so kind to me. i asked for mediums and they gave me larges which made me sob. i really needed this kindness today and i just love sam sm. they also gave me so many blue berry munchkins. i dont think they even counted but it was so sweet. sam i love u and ur amazing at ur job. i hope everyone treats you with the kindness u deserve bc u deserve absolutely everything. thank u so much <3“

“Popular spot that often runs out of my fav doughnuts if I don't show early enough. Proof that their rotation stays fresh. Customer service is always top notch!! I appreciate the employees dedication even when the line is out of the parking lot they always get my order correct. One of our regular breakfast spots.“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

“This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !“

“Whoever the mgr is you should be ashamed. I was at the Mount Joy location this past week and they were out of coffee filters. Those poor girls were overwhelmed with how to handle it. I heard the one worker tell another that she called the mgr and she had no plans of coming in. While I was there a customer came in yelling at the girls because of how long he had been waiting and wanted his money back. They had app orders lying there that they couldn’t fill because they couldn’t make any coffee. Their afternoon was only going to get worse. Again, shame on the mgr for not coming to their rescue!!!“

“I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Once I pulled forward the window person took my money with a smile, and told me my food would be ready in a minute. Then, the person which originally took my order handed me my bag. Now my wraps were a special request, which most locations get it wrong and put them in the same sleeve to which they stick together and almost never come in a proper bag. But, not here. They were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Thank you so much this was the best experience yet at a Dunkin.“

“I had a great experience. This was actually my first time visiting a McDonald’s in probably close to a year. I was just feeling a medium fry, a McDouble, and a frozen Coke. Everyone was really cool. They all said hi to my dog. The food was hot. I have no complaints.“

“Just so you know I don’t care about your drive thru timer. That’s a you problem not a me problem. You’ve burned me too many times with that 1. Waited 10 minutes for my order to go inside and you had forgot my order 2. Got someone else’s order and had to take my kids out of their car seats to go inside 3. Multiple times didn’t get a complete order So you can stop with the eye rolling and actually be a fast food place and then you wouldn’t have to worry about the timer“
