“My sister and I aren’t from PA and came over for concert, we stopped here for lunch and it was amazing! The lady and guy running the shop (Who I’m assuming are the owners) were so friendly. We waited probably 10 minutes for our food, they were getting a few orders made as we came in and it was worth every minute of a wait. “I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

“Every time we stop by Ross Park Mall, this is the only place we go to. We’ve been coming here for the past two years, and it never disappoints. “I lived just up the road from this subway for the first 10 years of my life, the man behind the counter who I believe is the one you guys now call lucky is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a subway and quite possibly any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in at least twice a week for 6-7 years and every time he knew my order, sometimes even giving double meat or cheese without asking. Love that man with all my heart and want him to know I’ll be back someday for my tuna sub!“
