(Not 100% sure that’s how you spell her name) The restaurant was packed and she remained calm and helped every single person receive their order correctly. Nearby restaurants were closing down because of the storms and power outages. Panera Bread was open and Jazmine was there to save the day! We’re so thankful! Thank you Jazmine!“

“We were looking around the food court and they were offering samples. Never heard of Louisiana chicken before. That won me over. I'm usually picky with Chinese. I'll eat at 2 places. But this made it to my list. It's a little distance but we travel 50 mins away just to go to a kfc that has a buffet so we don't mind going out of are way for good food. So we definitely will be going here again.“

“Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! Even after he got my drink, the young ladies behind the bar never made eye contact with me. Hard to believe you can go to a place in East Liberty and be treated as if you are invisible.“

“This is a little neighborhood bakery with the best bread ever, plus some pastries, sandwiches while they last, and espresso drinks on a modest scale (no crazy fruity things or giant sizes, just traditional espresso, lattes, and cappuccino). Very low key, casual, bare brick, cement floor, boho kind of vibe. Some indoor seating and a few tables outside on the sidewalk in front if you have your doggo with you. No cushy chairs or anything like that. Accessible, all ages fine. The neighborhood LOVES Five Points. On weekend mornings, the lines can be out the door and up the block, but they have lots of staff and move things along pretty quick.“

“This place was a California style surprise in Pittsburgh. This started as a pit stop but could become a destination. Large vegetarian menu, and great quality food. The portions are small so this is a great stops for breakfast, snack, or light lunch. The bread for sandwiches is from Driftwood oven (the best local sourdough). I tried 4 items the tofu balsamic sandwich, the black bean and hashbrown burrito, an energy bite ball, and the berry smoothie. Literally every item was excellent. This spot is bright and quiet peaceful and charming and parking is easy. Pull in to this place and find a moment of tranquility! Perfect for meeting up with a friend for a lunch date, a stop with the kids when they are hungry, a meeting for a first date, or for you to read a book and sip a latte.“

“the facilities are great, museum carriage House gift Center conservatory Clayton tours. don't waste your time at the cafe. did not feel welcome there too many policies that are inhospitable. policies that are not welcoming. also the manager is rude and Ben's the policy rules for certain people in certain groups. also don't believe the menu they post I thought the menu you'll get when you go in. it's a little overpriced for what's offered. the food is fairly average nothing outstanding it can't be made in your kitchen. plan to go to the property do the tours and museum and then you'll find better restaurants more hospitable off property in the area.“

“Super cute little coffee shop right on main drag in Regent Square. If you like the taste of coffee/espresso this is a great place to get a drink. My husband loves coffee/espresso so really liked his caramel latte as is. I like my lattes a little sweeter so it was great they had simple syrup on their sugar bar that I could add to my latte. Barista was very friendly too!“

“I'm one of the most notorious playas in the 412, and I can say this cafe is one of the most choice spots to bring chicks after a night of busting it wide open at Tequila Cowboy. Their sauces are to die for, and nobody but the fiercest haters would diss their bagels. In two weeks I'm coming down here with my whole polycule and we'll be ordering some off-menu options.“

“I got to enjoy a book signing event hosted by this cafe. The food and drinks were high quality and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. It's located inside a church but you can enjoy the refreshments even if you don't associate with the church.“

“My husband has been buying me bread from Loafers for years! My brother in law told me about it cause they worked out in Wexford and Cranberry! I can't thank him enough.Wish they would come to New Castle! we d love it! I love the Honey Wheat bread My favorite is Cinnamon Swirl,and the Chalah! “I would recommend them specifically for their beans and coffee. The last several of my orders over the course of weeks have not been great. The Mediterranean hummus wrap was filled with hummus and maybe 1 tomato slice and two olives. The wrap was old and cracking/hard. The buffalo chicken sandwich I had not long ago was a dry piece of breast with a squirt of sauce on top. Nothing like I’ve had in the past! Lastly, I went with my girls today and ordered kids tenders. One daughter received 8 pieces of the ends of a bag - popcorn chicken looking but barely any meat. The second daughter received 2 large tenders. My avocado toast? I have had better AT from Dunkin, this was not worth the cost at all. A few whole olives rolled off into the container, maybe 3 or so bits of tomato, 1 piece of what looked like microwave bacon. On “sourdough” but a thin type of bread I would see at a chain diner, soggy too. Just overall been disappointed. Apparently it isn’t just us, as the table beside us stated they come often and have quality issues. Sad because this was a delicious, awesome place for a long time! ❤️“

“This is a good place to sit down and eat for multiple different group sizes. They decorated the place for the fall season, which was cool. It is hard to see the menu from afar and you are kind of rushed in trying to choose what you want to eat. Other than that, the food is good and service treats you well“

“I just wanted to say...things have been tough at Panera, so little staff, and the staff here is still just great. Even after the woman ( blond long pony tail with glasses) picked up a fruit cup, that exploded all over the floor, you could tell it had been a DAY. She was kind and polite to me, I have a severe stutter and so many people laugh or stare, she took our order and filled it quickly and with a smile. She was great! The staff cooking were quick and efficient as well, all with a smile. Thank you!“

“I had the pleasure of stopping in for a sweet potato pie, it was fresh out of the oven. While it was cooling I tried a peach cobbler, it was so delicious, I was totally blown away. “Standard Panera food with regards to flavor and options, but good portion sizes and very friendly staff! While this location can get busy, you still receive your order in a timely fashion, the staff is working hard. This Panera is a bit out of my way compared to another location, but I prefer to come here because of the difference in quality and care. The salad I got last week was constructed really well with generous portions of fruit and chicken, a very stand out experience compared to ordering the same salad at other locations. The staff member who took my order accidentally forgot to apply my coupon, and she very quickly fixed the situation and gave me a complimentary cookie, which was lovely considering the speed and kindness with which the coupon situation was resolved was excellent by itself.“
