There are a choice of ala carte or food testing menu by chef ( 2 options with regular or premium) We picked the premium tasting one. The drinks menu has Sake flight tasting. Our server was very nice and good knowledge of everything we ask about the menu. Services were great. Only minor negative was when we arrived 90% of the restaurant was empty and we were told to sit at the sushi bar because they were expecting a wave of reservations. Personally, I ordered the miso soup ramen and I loved it: both the decoration of the dish, as well as the quantity and flavor, were in harmony; For starters we ordered gyozas, which were delicious. “Location a bit sketchy and there is not many seats inside but the sushi is good quality for its price point.The salmon roll is $10 at time of writing, slightly more expensive than nearby alternatives but seems to be expertly prepared.The braised pork belly buns are delicious and come with thick slabs of pork meat.The fried rice rolls appetizers are also quick good and does their job to stimulate the appetite.The cha shu ramen itself is slightly spicy and includes a sliced slab of corn which is an interesting choice, at first glance, it seems a bit like instant ramen but upon tasing the noodles are certainly higher quality than that of instant ramen. The eggs are hard boiled and reminiscent of soy sauced braised salty tea eggs, the broth is flavorful but nothing too special and the same can be said for the cha shu pork pieces. Overall 4/5. The ramen passable but the sushi is the main highlight of this place.“

“The restaurant is super cute inside. Not very big but so aesthetically pleasing! The details in the roof were so pretty and fun. The food here was so good that we repeated courses. Seriously, the fried pork dumplings were sooooo good. The sushi was fresh and I have to mention that IT WAS REAL CRAB, no imitation. Our server was great with the table next to us but not the friendliest with us which was a bit awkward. However, I will say that Penne was a dang Rockstar and Her energy made up for our server's lack of it. She was so fun and vibrant. The duck (or chicken?) was so crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy inside. The dessert was delicious! You get to pick 3 and they bring out these mini deserts that might as well have fallen out of heaven. My only complaint tonight was that we were basically seated on the table next to us. We were so close that we could easily sneeze on each other's food ? there were other tables that were empty when we arrived and remained so for the remainder of the night. It never makes sense when you have to be on top of another party and pretend not to acknowledge each other.
