“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“

“Holy crap, was this chicken good. Cole slaw and garlic bread and fries. Really rounds out the meal. Place was packed at 10 on a Monday. It is a college town and they were college kids, but it was still really good. And perfect after concert food.“

“While I like the food, this place is usually not clean. No staff is dedicated for cleaning. Costermers need to wipe down tables and chairs. When I visited Chick-fil-A in homestead, an elderly woman keeped the place clean. This place needs to hire somebody to keep this place clean.“

“I ordered takeout from Layne's around 5:30PM on a Monday evening. Honestly, I didn't want to cook after a busy weekend. I ordered five meals: three three-finger baskets and two four-finger baskets. My son and I were able to park on Forbes right in front of Layne's, walk in with no wait. There were two employees working, and they immediately asked to help and serve us. The young lady also helped me use my Astro points (because I couldn't figure it out on the app). Our food was prepared and served quickly and everything was hot and fresh. My family LOVED our Monday night dinner from Layne's-- especially the Layne's sauce and crinkle fries! This quick dinner was a great idea! Thank you, Layne's!“

“Best Chick-fil-A in the area! I always order the same thing at all the CFAs, fries with a bunch of salt packets. Usually they just toss the salt packets into the bag. At the Robinson one the salt packets were literally inside the fries and I had to dig them out

Anyway this waterfront location are top notch, I ordered my same funny lil order and they actually put the salt packets into a separate little baggie and put that baggie into the big food bag. “I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. “Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Blown away by the service here. A few months ago we drove-thru and when we got home we realized they forgot a few things in our order. We called to share our frustration and they were very sympathetic and told us that if we gave them another chance, they would make things right. They sure did! “The Potato patch is a must do at Kennywood Park. The service is a little slow.But the wait is worth it for the unbelievable bacon and cheese fries. You must eat here when you visit Kennywood.

I was in the area running postmates and there was an order that came through for rally's and I have never been to one so after I delivered the food I went back to order my food and omg I loved it, staff was very friendly as well. will be going back again.“

Some are so happy to be working and are so nice and some of them are cranky and seem to not want to be there at that moment and I can definitely tell. They are never mean though. I say it is decent to grab a bite from this Burger King.“

The person at the counter was utterly disinterested and was on their phone, my order did not initially go through their paging system (Best way I could describe it). The strips were amazing though. “A classic drive-through that lives on to this day.Rally's has some of the best fast food burgers, and hands down THE best French Fries of any franchise in the area. The fries are well seasoned, crisp, and always piping hot.Order accuracy is excellent, especially when compared to McDonald's or Wendy's, and the employees are always friendly and personable.I used to go out of my way to eat at Rally's after they left Pittsburgh many years ago, and now that they're back I will keep coming here regularly for a long time.

“Came here after dealing with another locations horrible service. Put in my large order and man the proficiency of this place is great. The staff are so friendly and applied for extra minutes wait when not needed it was a large order. Everyone loves taco bell come here.

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“
