Chicken wings were average but fish was better. Had double shot of Old fashioned and it was good. Presentation of drink was simple . Server was very welcoming . Had good time and would recommend it if you want to hangout in an American Bar.“

“Atmosphere was adorable, it felt busy but not crowded, like the place to be but also like a hidden gem. It probably would have been a once-and-done type of spot for me EXCEPT for Gianna who made this place feel like home, I showed up alone & she was immediately chatting me up. Gave me the BEST recommendations & helped me learn how to order my new go-to drink. She is one of the most personable bartenders I’ve ever had.“

“I was super excited for this place, came for my husband’s birthday and after dinner my expectations weren’t met. We tried two of their daily specials, the smash burger was amazing!! We also got their prime rib sandwich and this was a miss. The price was a lot for being basically an overdone dry steak sandwich. The real kicker of the night was the service. We had Matt N. and he was not attentive and made us feel like we inconvenienced him. Honestly I will still recommend this place to my friends and family, but wish the service was just better for a special occasion.“

I showed up to my first ever open mic. Without any back up or support. Straight after work still in a suit and I was so nervous! But sat next to people I just met, we'll I was early sonce I came straight from work still wearing a suit, and they were pleasant hospital regulars. The drinks were great the features were great and I enjoyed it so much. I will be back for another go!“

“Izzy's is my Fri night go to after getting off the train. James, Brian, Justin and the rest of the crew provide a warm welcome and great service. The hand rolls are excellent! It's really noisy and space is tight, and every once in a while I meet someone new for an interesting conversation. And it's just fine with everyone if I roll up with my New Yorker magazine for a quick bite on the way home!“

“I didn’t even know it was open as I walked but until a patron said you should go in for a drink. I was very glad I did. If you are not put off by the fact this is primarily a local spot for folks from the neighbourhood then the other patrons and staff was friendly. Beer was $2.50 a bottle and a shot of Hennessy was $5. The shots look small to the eye but are measured with their auto dosing system. A great value night cap on the way back to my hotel.“

“I visited 2/22/26 Do not listen to any reviews but THIS ONE!!! I was so skeptical to visit after reading the reviews, I decided to go in person and check everything out for myself. The inside was very clean. The service was outstanding, I was greeted, sat and offered water Immediately for take out! I ordered half cheese with basil and the other side was Magic mushroom, it totaled $21 (pricey where) This by far was top pizza I’ve ever had in Philly and I know pizza, I lived in NYC!!! this place set the bar!! I mean perfect crust, the sauce was flavorful with the right amount and the cheese was so rich and cheesy! I went back three days later to confirm it was really that good and consistent…new chef, same great pizza!! I had to leave a review because I don’t know what these people are talking about and I need this place to stay open because IT’S THAT GOOOOD!!! This is an honest review! Definitely visit them, thank me later Philly!!“

“We stopped here for lunch on our way somewhere else because of the intriguing name. Boy was that a lucky coincidence. Service was attentive although, to be fair, there were only 4 people dining in.
The food was absolutely fantastic. The cold sesame noodles did not have the gloppy sauce one finds in most places. Instead, the noodles were dressed in sesame oil. Similarly, the roast pork buns were not the overly sweetened pork they use elsewhere. We also got the pumpkin dumplings that were out of this world. Finally we had the General Tsao's Tofu that remarkably remained crispy despite the sauce.“

If you’re in Philly, you must go and taste for yourself. I lived in Naples, Italy for over 5 years…Chefs Joe & Angela nailed it again. Oh and if you haven’t tried their restaurant, Cicala, is right across the hall in the historic divine Lorraine hotel. 5 stars!!!“

Sandwich portions were generous - just remember they put the fries in the sandwich (at least for the one I ordered). The mixed drinks were delicious and creative. The menu itself is not large, but enough to cover the basis in terms of vegetarians and some other restrictions.

The atmosphere make this a fun and unique place to be, even though it can be both intimate and loud at same time. I would visit again.“

“TCR conshy is one of the premiere cigar lounges in the area. Others don't have all of the amenities offered here. Excellent drink selection, steady cigar selection with rotating stock, live music on certain nights, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and to top it all off one of the best smoke ventilation systems around!“

“I had a private party (20 Guests) on a Saturday afternoon. Everything went PERFECT! Olivia Karlin was an amazing host and event organizer! She informed me that I needed to pick three meals and two starters for my menu. I had the room for 2 hours and it was so much fun! Checking out was easy and everything went the way we planned it. “Took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. I started off with the fried green tomato tower, all the different flavors was like a party in my mouth. Next I had the lemon, dill salmon, I'm not a huge fan of asparagus but that was nicely cooked and tasted good. A nice size homade biscuit and jam. My husband had the smoked mac n cheese, the catfish po boy and spinach. The spinach was nicely seasoned and tasted so fresh. This was our first time here and we will definitely be going back.“

“honestly we almost walked past this place but im so glad we didnt stop. the vibe inside is like nothing else in ambler, really comfortable and chill. i got the burger and it was juicy, came out hot and the fries were crispy just how i like them. my friend had the salmon and she kept saying how fresh it tasted. the person behind the bar was super nice and checked on us a few times. whole meal felt easy and good without being stuffy. definitely coming back next time im in town.“
