“I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Burger King restaurant we recently visited. Without exaggeration, it is the best Burger King location we have ever been to.
The food was prepared perfectly — everything was fresh, hot, neatly assembled, and genuinely delicious. I would also like to highlight the level of service: the staff was fast, polite, and clearly cared about doing a great job.
After this experience, it truly feels like this location should be a standard for others. It would be great if other restaurants could learn from them — how to properly prepare food and take care of customers.

“I have literally gone through there more than a normal person should because of weird shifts and I have never had a bad experience there and this is over a couple years. Since they have opened, I always get extra as far as sauces food everybody’s always happy and I can honestly say I have never had bad food from there, and this is coming from somebody that gets food at all sorts of weird hours I’m not sure if this is family owned or not but long story short my life is busy enough. I’m not gonna go out of my way for a Google review unless it’s really worth it. But I have no problem giving this place a five star review because I have never been there and had a bad experience“

“We had food delivered from here on Tuesday, December 23rd and it was the best we have ever had, ever from here.. thank you so very much and the delivery service was also wonderful 😀.. and it was even great the next day when I had the rest of my food.. thank you again. “Drive thru service was good. Worker was friendly & smiled. Food order was correct. Only complaint a receipt could not be given due to this location had the receipt paper on order & it was already on wait for 2 weeks, per the attendant at the drive thru window.“

“I don't know if all taco bells are independently owned or not, but the Taco Bell near my home in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, is not consistently good with service or food quality.
This location in the Gibsonia area, has much better service and food quality late at night.
I stop on my way to work usually around 11:00 p.m. and there's only one food item that I normally order that is consistently inferior, (nacho fries)??
Anything else that I've ordered has always been hot and very well-made and presented.
But no matter any time I've had an order of the nacho fries they are not hot, sometimes they're hard, sometimes very soft and soggy, and either over fried or under fried. Tonight was the last time I'm going to try ordering them there because I shouldn't have to pay for the kind of nacho fries I'm getting... Other than that one food item anything else that I get from there is delicious and the staff is always friendly and smiling at the drive thru.“

“New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. I know she’s something out from another location which is awesome. Look forward to seeing her again great employee/manager!“

“My 5 year old wanted the oreo dirt pie blizzard. The worker said I couldn't have it because it was only available through online ordering. So if I wanted it, I'd have to download an app and order it there. While I'm literally in the drive thru lane. I just thought this was dumb. I mean, they have the stuff to make it. I wanted it. But couldn't get it. Just really dumb.“

“Upon entering I was greeted by one of the area managers, David Pelletier. He was very helpful in finding an item on the app that I haven’t been able to find in quite some time (Cheesy Gordita Crunch with the Doritos taco shell). He recommended the new Chalupa Street Tacos and they did not disappoint! The restaurant was clean and the staff was very kind. Definitely will be back to this location even though I currently live and work downtown Pittsburgh!“

“I don't eat much fast food but when I do I'd like to have my French Fries salted. Fries don't taste good without some salt even a dash. My burgers were fresh and made to my liking but I couldn't eat the fries with no salt. I'm glad it was a small frie. Other than no salt everything else was fine.“

“It's a McDonald's so you get what you expect, however... Every time I have gone to this specific one, the employees are very nice and polite. Only ever gotten my order wrong once, but it was by accidentally giving me an additional drink (I pointed it out, but they told me to keep it).“

“I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Totally my fault, and I was told that they don't own the other location so there wasn't nothing they could technically do. They ended up making my exact order and not charging me anything for my mistake. They didn't have to do anything, but they went above and beyond to help me in the situation I put myself in.“

“The poor lady behind the counter was working so hard to keep up, she was all by herself for some reason (corporate needs to fix that) but she made some of the best subs I've ever gotten from Subway and she was so friendly. The receipt only says 999997 if that's helps but she deserves a reliable coworker and a raise!“

“Their food is so good and I love their app, but this location is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in numerous states. Sometimes I just go for the convenience factor but it’s really worth it to drive to the Wendy’s on the other side of town because this Wendy’s is THE SLOWEST. You’ve gotta dedicate 15-20 minutes for a drive thru visit.“

“I want to give shout-out to Brooke. I got a sandwich today and when I came in there were already two people ahead of me and at least two online orders she was juggling. By time the people in front of me were done, there were about four people in line behind me, line almost out the door, and at least three more online orders had come in. Brooke kept hustling and still got me in and out quickly, and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat in a situation where I personally would be very stressed out. She held her ground and just kept chugging through the line and balanced doing the online orders fairly with taking the people physically in the store. I wish she had someone there to help her but she can hold her own!
I also want to commend this store for its commitment to improving their craft. It's easy to look at it like it's just a sandwich but I've seen them revise their process in a way that makes me feel like they really care about what they're doing. They've started putting the cheese on before the meat, which toasts better, and putting the sauces on before the veggies so that it doesn't splat out everywhere when they close the bread. Simple changes, but ones they've committed to that make a difference. I don't know if that's a corporate move or a franchise one but either way, the folks that work here do seem to care about the quality of their work and to care about the people they serve.“
