“Every experience is fantastic! They have the best Rita's Italian Ice around. I absolutely love what they have done at the whiteoak location. “Great Ice Cream & Amazing spot to hangout with friends. It's always nice to look at the cars in the lot beside while eating your ice cream.
Dietary restrictions: I'm Somewhat lactose intolerant, The ice scream seems not to bother me too much, but don't take my word for it.“

“Food was INCREDIBLE. Sam and his daughter were so unbelievably nice and accommodating. I truly am blown away by the quality of ingredients and the complexity of each dish. The amount of food you're given for what you pay is maybe the best in the area. The vibe is colorful and chill. The only thing I'm disappointed in is waiting this long to try this place. Will definitely return.“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“If you order online, you have to go in to get your order. WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU THROUGH DRIVE THRU NO MATTER HOW SLOW OR BUSY THEY ARE! If I wanted to go in, I wouldn't have ordered online!! They claim that they can't have the drive thru lane backing up?? Well, online orders are placed ahead of time, and all orders should be made according to the time placed. Can't say how many times there has been more chattering than working in this place, especially during the times when the younger employees are there. How about that issue gets fixed so everything else can run more efficiently!!“

“Always a great favorite. Best time to go, to beat the long drive thru line, is before 5pm. Very popular as the desserts/food items, are delicious 😋 as well as spot on as far as we have never received any mistakes on our orders pretty good for 'frequent flyers '.“

“This is my go to ice cream shop and has been for years now since I moved out to PA! Every single time I go, the girls working are SO sweet and the custard is absolutely AMAZING. My fiance and I make it a point to go every week and we bring our senior dog with us who absolutely loves getting her pup cups here! The parfaits are out of this world and so are the baked goods! The shop itself is so homey and welcoming and we love sitting on the adorable front porch enjoying our custard. I am looking forward to many, many more weekly trips to Country Custard. ♥️“
