“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fontana's Cafe, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best I've had in a long time. The steak sandwich was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, while the honey garlic salmon was exceptional and truly unforgettable. The menu offers something for everyone, and it's clear that quality and care go into every dish.

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal with friends and family. To top it all off, the live music by Bare Bones Acoustics was fantastic and added so much to the evening's experience. The band created the perfect soundtrack for an already wonderful night.

“It's like being at your favorite dinner table with family and friends! With our beautiful Italian family gathering around the bar area in numbers of about 15 Friday night, we had a blast! Yes, Joe is our cousin and that is definitely warm and wonderful but Louise, Joe's matriarch, was there too which made it extra special. Lulu, chef, Delaney, "Ms. Brown", Linda and all staff were amazing and fun. So the food, sauteed arthichoke hearts, pasta fagioli, wedding soup, Chicken Romano, Veal Romano, beverage list unsurpassed and our usual standards and oh the red velvet cheesecake was picture and taste perfect. All food made to order fresh and it definitely shows the attention to every morsel we enjoyed. Oh, the bread is made locally and it's the best. We were almost the last to leave and we have all the photos to show our fun time. Can't wait to go back for their Sunday sauce. Salute and see you soon. “My husband and I have been going to the Village Inn for many years now. Everything we have eaten there has been so delicious from sandwiches to great Italian Food . My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. The ribs were very meaty and the Cole slaw tasted very fresh! The kids loved their chicken fingers and french fries too. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

The owner and staff have been so friendly, every time making sure we had what we needed. For our recent catering order, the owner explained the labels, walked me through all the toppings that are included, and why she gave me the mayo and vinegar on the side, etc. Everyone at our party raved about the hoagies from the tray and asked where we got them. The quality of the bread, meats and toppings are all exceptional and very unique - and the variety of hoagies is so extensive it’s hard to believe. My personal favorite is Nonna’s Veggie - it’s eggplant with roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. I’m so happy to have another great business like this in Murrysville and I wish the owner nothing but success. Give this place a try!“
