“Not only are these some of the best subs we have ever had, but this place has one of the coolest atmospheres we have ever experienced. We just moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for our go-to sub place and Peppi’s was recommended multiple times. Walking in and you’re instantly met with real hard-working Pittsburgh people and a culturally rich atmosphere that highlights local celebrities, area history, and all around Pittsburgh pride. All this on top of an incredible sandwich and fries every-time and we have our spot for many years to come. We recommend trying the whole menu over time, but our favorites are the Santucci and the mushroom cheesesteak.“

“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“By far well worth the price which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not sure what the waitress name was but man was she awesome. She was so attentive and super kind. “The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

“The staff is excellent and very caring. They are the perfect business for that plaza, especially because it's near one of Allegheny Health Networks treatment centers. “We love Jimmy John’s, we had two in Morgantown WV, but they are currently closed. We were driving back from Wexford starved and googled sub shop near us, they popped up!
We google mapped when we got there the door said they closed in 15 minutes. We walked through the door and didn’t go all the way in, there was a young boy standing at the side of the counter and he looked at me and I asked “is it too late to get a sandwich” because I didn’t want to rudely dirty up things that they may have cleaned. He ignored me and looked back down. There was a second young boy behind the cash register. He looked up at me “I ask is it too late to get a sandwich”? He also didn’t answer but looked a me and looked at a young lady, the manager, she came from towards the back and ask smiling, “can I help you”? I said yes, I just wanted to know if we could still get a sandwich”? and she politely and kindly said yes you can, and took my order.
The two boys were not happy and their faces showed it.
Thanks to the manager she was sweet and kind. We got two really good nightclub sandwiches. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and the store was very clean.
The parking lot isn’t the easiest to get out of with a big truck but it was so worth it!
After we got our sandwiches, we were sitting in our car eating and three other people went in the door before 6 o’clock, and she took them too.😊“

“I love this place. I've visited 3 times. On my most recent experience, I had an issue with my food. I called and spoke with Jordan and she had me come back and made the order over. It was absolutely perfect. I'm so happy with penn station and I believe it's the best of its concept. The sweet tea was very good, the fries are absolutely amazing and the cookies were just as good as subways. If you like a moist cookie you may even like them more than subway. Can't wait to come back and highly recommend.“

“My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“

What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude.
