“Wow, this is definitely my new favorite Taco Bell! The employees went ABOVE and BEYOND and our food was better than it's ever been! This quite literally was the best Taco Bell I have ever eaten, lol.

Our order was perfect, and nothing was forgotten or messily-made (as sometimes happens while ordering fast food). The icy drink we had ordered had run out before they could give us a large, but they still gave us a medium size of the drink and then gave us another iced drink on top of it to make up for that! That was very kind of them!

The restaurant was extremely clean and well-kept as well. The tables and chairs had been freshly wiped and the floors were tidy!

Our order was brought out extremely quickly by a kind employee who delivered it right to the table! Everything was very neatly placed on the tray and clearly labeled. While we ate, we even saw this same employee help another customer carry their order to the car!

I looked on the receipt to find the names of the employees who had been so kind and helpful but could not find them, so to management: please commend and reward the employees who were working at 7:00 pm on Tuesday May, 26th 🙂 They really care about the customer experience and deserve to be celebrated for this! That kind of care and concern makes SUCH a difference when you're going out to eat!“

“Pepitos is a very unique blend of American and Peruvian food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went with some friends who got some of the burgers, and I tried the big boy sandwich. Prices are very reasonable as the sandwiches are massive and come with a big side of bacon cheese fries. The burgers were big enough to be split into 2 meals, and my big boy sandwich was big enough for 4 meals easily. Everyone enjoyed their food, and many of the sandwiches were unlike anything I’ve ever had in a good way. All the ingredients complimented each other. I’ll definitely be back to try some a burger or hot dog next time.“

“My fiancé and I stopped in after leaving the Katy Williams show and both of us ordered the mad chicken sandwich, rice and coleslaw and fries. Everything was fresh and amazing. Mad chicken has never disappointed me.

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“Let’s be honest the people are the best part of Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food could be a little better quality, but the training here and the quality of service is second to none. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.“

“Food is always great at Five Guys, so no complaints here. The staff was also very friendly. We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

“When the power was out almost everywhere they were kind enough to keep the kitchens open a bit longer to help make sure people could buy a hot meal and some ice cream to make a bad day just a little bit better. A big thanks to the amazing staff!“

Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. Meanwhile, Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe is like: “Here’s a mountain of food, covered in chili and cheese, for the price of your dignity. Enjoy.” This isn’t a meal. This is a reckoning. You don’t eat here—you submit.“

“We always go through the drive thru but today the kids were with us and I didn't want them eating it in the car. So we went inside. It was not as crowded as the drive thru. Same food, good service and above all, clean. One thing though, why do restaurants keep it so gosh darn cold inside?“

“In full honesty, there isn’t much to an Arby’s, but this one was friendly, clean and made sure I was getting the best deal (given the economy) in my order.

Whoever is doing the magic behind the scenes, good on you, and for those that might not like Arby’s, their desserts always hit.“

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

We usually get chicken parm , chicken salad, chicken breast and fries.

We get it delivered as well.

It’s always fresh TASTY and most importantly affordable!!!

The residents always say the love the food and it was a good amount and the love the fact you get a soda with the catered meals.

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.
Not thrilled with this visit, but I will allow them to redeem themselves on my next visit.“

“The Long John Silver's on Washington Pike is a good place to go but now they put computers in for your ordering so that leaves me out cuz I can't even work a cell phone anyways CeCe came from behind the counter and she helped me with my order and placed it for me and that was very nice of her because they were very busy and she took the time to do that she's a very nice person and they should hire more people like her basic let her train people how to be treated when I don't understand something“

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

“I'm giving this a 5, because of the excellent way the young lady handled the situation. It was later at night and every other Subway was closed. This location said open. What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. I felt so bad that they had her there by herself... She was excellent and courteous. And the food was good as well. I'm appreciative of her.“

“First time coming to this location because we went here for lunch yesterday and I'd say our experience was excellent. The service was very quick. Got our orders within like 5 minutes and everything was served hot and delicious.

I wish I took pics of our orders but we were both starving, but I enjoyed the curly fries, the Angus cheesesteak (this was so good, I wish it's not a limited item), and their chicken tenders - which by far - the best tasting tenders I've had. Better than other restaurants around.

Also, kudos to the staff keeping this restaurant clean and well maintained. One of your staffs cleaned up the tables and the tables of other people after they left.
