“Lovely bistro with a wonderful wine list and delicious cocktails. Food is always outstanding. The duck liver mousse appetizer was the star of the meal. Coq au vin delicious slightly heavy on salt pork but worthy of trying. Hard when you compare to the oldest restaurant in Paris. The ambiance is lovely.“

“Went to the Foxes Hill neighborhood in Providence to try out a Morroccan spot, but it ended up being closed. Luckily, right around the corner was Aguardente, which is a Guatamalen & Portuguese tapas restaurant. Love the interior decorations and warm welcoming vibe. We started with quejo de cabra, rellenitos, & the minha caiparinha. Then we had the batatas fritas, empanadas de pollos, polvo grelhado, & almondegas. Everything from the service to all of the dishes being seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing.“

“Got an order to go. Everything was so fresh. Best Guac & Salsa ever! The veggie Burrito was huge and so fresh & delicious! The fish tacos that my friend ordered was the best she has ever had! Even ordered margaritas to go & they gave us a full bag of ice & freshly made margarita’s that they poured in a bottle! This place is a hidden gem! Sometimes these hidden gems that seem to be a “hole in the wall” are the absolute best! This is one of those places! Definitely recommend!“

We chose The Spruce Car, (as opposed to the murder mystery) which is aptly named, as it's filled with rich, warm woods. The cozy lighting & up-scale, but not pretentious, decor created the perfect ambiance for a romantic birthday. Dinner service was nothing short of wonderful. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, beautiful, and attentive. Both of our dinners were delicious and the cocktails were perfect. More locals should enjoy the Bellevue Grand. It's worth every penny.“

Very eclectic but it works! The outdoor space is deceiving compared to the inside. If they were open after 10pm, we would have gone back! “My go-to order in most places would be a Reuben. The quality of the meat, bread and the balance with the sauerkraut, sauce & cheese say a lot about how the restaurant approaches their food. The 02878 is the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Now I will have to find another go-to for other restaurants because they will pale in comparison to Localz 02878.“

“Typical tavern style restaurant. Lots of bar and high top seating. Menu was basic American fare and tasty. Service was friendly but a little slow. Place was empty so I think that the one person they had on (working as bartender and waiter) was too busy.“
