“What a find! I found this a bit off the beaten path. But SOOO worth it! The 'Everything' sauce 9n the Fish and Chips was amazing! Almost seemed like they were using the pickled banana peppers as the base. Tie that with cilantro and a few other items and you have a real winner here.The sauce on the Shrimp had a similar flare to it, but tomato based (or just mixed in).So think about this a minute. You have a sauce with some pickle flavor. You add salt to your liking (I added a lot) and you have a very interesting flavor for the fries! Genius!The Chicken Dinner was an outside the box way for me to go surf and turf. The seasoning had explosive flavor. Just wonderful!I can't wait to go back for the Salmon!“

“Everything I've ever bought was delicious. So far I've had the chicken parm calzone, slices of pepperoni pizza and Greek salad and they were all great. The bread they give on the side of the salads is also delicious ? I don't usually crave salads but when I do, I get them here“

I had called ahead with our order so it was ready when we arrived and we were super happy with everything! The atmosphere is fine but it isn’t about that. Good Peruvian food is so special and they did it fresh and deliciously!!! We’ll be back and spread the word!“

“Loved the scallop roll and fries with GH seasoning. Cross between a barn mi and lobster roll. The bread was perfection warm , soft, buttery on the inside. Right amount of crust on the outside. The scallops were delicious. The seasoning on the fries made them stand out and complemented the roll. Staff were attentive, kind and helpful.“

“We went for an early dinner before a show around the corner. Unfortunately, there a was a glitch with the OpenTable reservation showing it cancelled. Obviously, it was not as we were there. The host & manager did not give us any issue and sat us immediately even putting us with one of the best servers ever, Johnny, at our request. We sat near the front where there is great lighting from the windows and enjoyed a delicious meal. From drinks to dessert everything was phenomenal especially the service. Johnny did a great job pacing out the meal so we would finish with time to walk to the show. We tried different sushis and apps. All while they were cognizant of our shrimp allergy. Our son cooked his meal on lava rock - great experience. I was kind of jealous! We will be back to try other options on the menu since these were so good. Thank you Ten! Thank you Johnny!“

“I can not thank Makmak Eatery enough for hosting our 10 year highschool reunion! From the set up, the food, and all the touches in between, MakMak made it so seamless and the most enjoyable experience ever! I could go on for hours and rave about their food and the delicious menu they provided, everything was so fresh, beautifully displayed and enjoyed. They also put out a beautiful aperol spritz and dessert station and made everything look and taste like perfection. They even put on music that felt like we were back in 2015 and brought out all the nostalgic feels! I couldn’t say enough good things! You must book any private event here and of course visit them during their restaurant hours for amazing dinner/lunch/brucnh which I could go on and on about! “I absolutely love the food! I always get the large carne asada. Its carne asada, white vegetable rice, salad with piccolo de gallo, carrot and macaroni salad, fried platano and beans. It’s authentic Guatemalan food and I love it.The inside looks a bit janky, but they just opened up. I remember the building itself was a party store than it became a Panda Express and now it’s Xoyita. I usually get take out and eat comfortably at home.“

“This was my first time eating at shaking crab. Tbh the food was absolutely AMAZING! For one person the boils come in a bag. For two people it comes in a tin. Either way it was amazing. We got the Cajun regular and it had a little spice but nothing over powering. Service was great! I accidentally dropped my cup because my hands were slippery and the staff was super chill about it. This is definitely not a fine dining place. You truly do eat with your hands and get hella messy. They provide gloves and a bib. The ONLY thing I did not like is the apps came out the same time as the food. Next time apps will be placed before the food. But other than that. ZERO complaints.“

“What can I say? Avenue N is definitely one of the best in the state for farm to table comfort food and cocktails. However they really outdid themselves with, what I would call, the new “it” dinner option- the birrio burger. Every bite has flavor & every bite melts in your mouth. I hope this becomes a weekly special due to its uniqueness. My “pear-suasion” drink complimented it perfectly. As always the staff there is top notch. Definitely make a reservation for an epic experience. PS please change up your dessert menu. We need some new creations.“

“So, my son ordered the chowder...I had a bite, it was amazing. Service was top notch. However, my filet was literally white when I cut into it. Unacceptable. The wait staff took it away, they promised it would be right on second attempt and it was. The manager came by and took it off my bill as well as my glass of wine. Acceptable. “This was our first time dining at Capital Grille and it won't be our last! It was our anniversary and they had a large booth decorated with hearts and a Happy Anniversary sign! I love little touches like that. Our server Jorge was such a delight. His service felt like it was customized to us only even though we could clearly see he had other guests . From interesting little facts to sharing personal stories, we loved our server for making the night wonderful!! From our champagne toast, to our anniversary cake dessert. Everything was wonderful. The way everyone works as a team to make the experience amazing! Our food was sooo good!! Hats off to the chef's!! We started with fresh oysters and this amazing thick cut bacon( sauce on side). The bacon was so good, we brought some home. I had surf and turf, the hubby had the NY strip . Both steaks cooked to perfection ( seen with a light to make sure) . I was only able to eat my lobster tail because I was full, but wow, giant, cooked perfect and tasted so good, you did not need the butter! My husband loved his NY strip as well. We are big steak people ! We will be back , we usually go to another steakhouse in the area for our anniversary, but I think we have a new place!!! Thank You for a wonderful night Capital Grille !!“

After a wonderful meal, my husband paid the bill & we were getting ready to leave when the manager came to our table to ask what was wrong & if we were unhappy w/our server.....'No he was fantastic' we said. Oh! he said, because we didn't leave a tip he thought the waiter had messed up.... suffice it to say.... husband had THOUGHT he left the tip when he paid. Apparently he didn't!!! Talk about being embarrassed!! We gave Jake a little extra in his tip. So, next time you're at Davenports, East Prov. ask for Jake... he's awesome & goes beyond his waitstaff duties.“

“My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“Outstanding Steakhouse Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive service set the stage for a memorable evening. It was a very special birthday for me from when we arrived till we left 3 hours later and was absolutely my favorite dining experience ever! The highlight, of course, was the steak—perfectly cooked to order, with a beautiful sear on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness inside and so much flavor. The selection of cuts was impressive, and the quality of the meat was top-tier. Accompanying the steak, the sides were just as outstanding— my absolute favorite is the creamed spinach, was so good and I would get it again and again… The wine and cocktail list was well-curated, offering great pairings to enhance the meal. We had the best bubbly to start and cheers to my birthday, we had a delicious red wine to go with the steak,and a sweet dessert wine to end the meal.
