“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.”

“Stopped in on a whim today as we were in the area. Google gave 4.9 stars and we were not disappointed. From the greetings when we entered the door to the delicious BBQ burger and fall off the bone baby back ribs everything was great! We definitely plan to return to try other key items on the menu!”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We were greated by a very friendly man who offered suggestions on the menu. He pleasantly asked if we were happy with our food. The food is AMAZING. I got a gyro wrap, my husband got a gyro platter. The portions were huge and absolutely delicious. My husband eats more food then you could imagine and it made him stuffed while not sacrificing quality or flavor. The meat just melted in your mouth and the flavor was out of this world. We got two baklavas and I cannot even explain how good they are.”

“On, Friday, January 24th we came in as a large party (9 adults, and 10 children) with no reservation for a poorly planned birthday celebration. We came in around 4:30, and were told they didn't have the space to accommodate us right then, BUT they would have their large room available in an hour when the waitress running the room started her shift. I know we were so lucky it was available but I just appreciated so much being accommodated considering our poor planning. In the future we will be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We managed to kill an hour, and when we got back and seated in the large room, we realized quickly it was worth the wait. It's a large room with a door, that we had primarily to ourselves the entire time. Our amazing waitress got an order in quickly for breadsticks (which were so delicious) to keep the hungry kids settled. Which was very appreciated. She was just so patient and kind with our chaotic group. She seemed at ease, was friendly and kept everything organized. The food as always was delicious. Everything was so good. The salads, the wings, the pizzas... everything I've come to love at Old town pizza. My absolute favorite pizza place hands down. Aside from the food being consistently delicious, the service here is excellent. The staff is amazing... from the host to the pick up counter. This was my birthday pick and not only was I beyond happy with the experience, so was everyone in my party. Some were new customers who raved about the food and some had never experienced your sit down service before. Everyone walked away full and happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just feel bad I waited so long to write this. I will continue to rave about OTP to anyone who will listen and I will be back again soon. Thank you OTP Roseville.”

Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.”

“Came on a Friday night for the first time around 11pm. Was so happy they were open and 24hrs!
We did the drive thru. Easy to order, they understood me and I them. Menu was perfect and easy to read.
I got a shrimp burrito and a Pina Fresca.
I also bought my love an asada burrito.

So freaking bomb!!! I was impressed right away. I know I was hungry but it really was good. The amount of shrimps wasn't skipped at all. So much flavor. Didn't taste old or dry.

I tried a bite of his asada and it was even better. At first I thought it was perfectly salted but maybe a lil too salty STILL AMAZING THO!
I believe it had guacamole sauce as well.

I would have liked my burrito wrapped a little different. Would have been easier to hold. It kinda fell apart at the the end which was fine.

But also I should have asked for an extra salsa Verde! The red salsa was amazing too. Low heat and a smokey taste. Mmmmhmmm.

“This was the 1 and only time I've been to this specific Jack in the box and I ordered a sourdough Jack combo with large fries and a small drink because I've always liked the sourdough Jack sandwiches and I sat inside and got a couple extra refills so if you're ever gonna sit inside of a fast food place always get the smallest sized drink to save money and just get 1 or 2 refills while you're sitting there and make sure right before you leave your drink is full snd take it with you for your ride but I got large fries also which was good and the food was great and the service was fine and they had music playing which is cool but I just think it was kind of too expensive because almost 15 Bucks just for what I just mentioned to me Is a little bit too expensive and I don't know if that's due to inflation or Trumps unecessary tariffs or what but I definitely think fast food used to be affordable but now it's getting to be unaffordable so because of that I'm rating this Jack in the Box 4 stars out of 5!”

“I went to the Duncan Donuts on Foothills blvd today to try the new hummus & avocado toast. First I thought they forgot to put the tomatoes on, so I went in to have it fixed. The young man I spoke with was very polite and went right away to fix it. While I was waiting I looked at the menu & realized that I had to ask for the tomatoes & that it cost more. They gave them to me without charge. The toast was delicious, especially the hummus toast. The tomatoes are definitely worth any additional price. I am very pleased with how well I was treated despite the mistake being mine.”

“This is a small Filipino bakery in a commercial area near Dutch Bros. You have to order the bread and other baked goods at the cashier so there was a short line every time I visited.

- XL senorita bread with cream cheese: the bread was soft and fluffy. The cream cheese gave a tangy and creamy taste to the bread.
- Ensaymada: my favorite! The bread was soft and buttery. The buttercream on top was sweet and creamy.
- Turon: sticky goodness! The wrap was crispy and sweet (but good sweet - not overwhelming). I wish there was bigger banana piece inside.”

“We went here not expecting much and had a fantastic morning. Tatiana, our server, was SO NICE and SO ATTENTIVE, she was easily the highlight of our visit! She's that sort of over the top nice that you never experience. She was fantastic and made us feel super welcome.

I got the chicken fried steak breakfast and my wife got a traditional breakfast with biscuit and gravy on the side. First off, the biscuits are amazing, massive, fluffy, just perfect! Tatiana brought me honey with mine and recommended it, and she was SO RIGHT. The biscuit with butter and honey was incredible! The country gravy is really great too, not too thick where it becomes the entire meal, but flavorful and rich and hearty. My chicken fried steak was great, the eggs were perfectly cooked, everything was really good.

There were two things that I think could be improved. The potatoes had a great freshness and texture, but they completely lacked seasoning. No salt, no pepper, no herbs or spices. They would have been completely transformed by some rosemary, thyme, a little paprika or something, and salt and pepper. The orange juice was definitely from concentrate, and while it was pretty good, I've just been spoiled by not from concentrate juices. It's definitely not as big a deal as the potatoes though.

Again, Tatiana was great and we would come back JUST for her even if the food sucked, but most of the food was really good and worth a visit anyway!”

“This place is such an amazing local gem! Its very casual atmosphere is welcoming, and gives off half Japanese bodega/restaurant vibes, as they have both imported goods and yummy eats. The staff is so friendly and honestly made it feel like family serving us. I felt like we were actually eating in a local restaurant in HI, their family is originally from HI, so man the local grindz and chill vibe was spot on. I had the sesame chicken bento box and tempura shrimp à la carte, hubby had a sushi roll with tempura shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, and salmon on top. Everything was really good, very fresh and so ono/oishii. Loved that the tempura and sesame chicken were battered not panko crusted, although they do have panko crusted things on the menu that I’m sure are super yummy. And we had to try their HI snow, which is actually legit HI shave ice, not shaved ice, actually soft shave ice. They even import their syrups from the islands. So so amazing. Thanks for the warm welcome for our first visit Kristy, hope I got your name right. Everyone should check out this place which has been around for nearly 31 years!! “My son and daughter-in-love told us about this place recently. I was in the area so I decided to try it. I am still eating here while I type this. The restaurant is located in an unassuming strip mall. We were greeted at the door and they said to sit wherever we'd like. The decor is nice and everything looks to be kept very clean. We ordered the orange chicken, house soecial fried rice and house special chow mein. I have never had better chow mein in my life!! The orange chicken was excellent as well. It was not that preformed, frozen chicken nugget slathered in orange sauce like everyone else uses. The fried rice was tasty too. The portions were very generous and the prices were very fair. If you haven't tried this place yet, you have to!! I can't wait to go back and try many other dishes.”

“Excellent breakfast! The bacon is thick and tasty. I ask about raisin bread everywhere’s I go, no one ever has it, this place does! The cinnamon roll was a nice size, not so large to be obscene and had a nice flavor. My husband had the house made sausage patty and biscuit. He said both were quite good, good texture and flavor. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud, and has a nice train rolling around the wall. It was decorated for Easter very tastefully. Our new favorite place!”

The sauce is amazing BB burger - good size for the price. Could use more fries. The fries are cooked well Didn't like: Fresh rolls - the raw veggies taste weird and have an odd texture with this type of wrap and sauce. I think something like raw cucumber and tomato would make more sense Milk teas - there is a lot to be desired for taste and texture. Both the matcha and taro were bland and watery. For over $5 a drink, I expected more creaminess and matcha flavor.”

“On, Friday, January 24th we came in as a large party (9 adults, and 10 children) with no reservation for a poorly planned birthday celebration. We came in around 4:30, and were told they didn't have the space to accommodate us right then, BUT they would have their large room available in an hour when the waitress running the room started her shift. I know we were so lucky it was available but I just appreciated so much being accommodated considering our poor planning. In the future we will be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We managed to kill an hour, and when we got back and seated in the large room, we realized quickly it was worth the wait. It's a large room with a door, that we had primarily to ourselves the entire time. Our amazing waitress got an order in quickly for breadsticks (which were so delicious) to keep the hungry kids settled. Which was very appreciated. She was just so patient and kind with our chaotic group. She seemed at ease, was friendly and kept everything organized. The food as always was delicious. Everything was so good. The salads, the wings, the pizzas... everything I've come to love at Old town pizza. My absolute favorite pizza place hands down. Aside from the food being consistently delicious, the service here is excellent. The staff is amazing... from the host to the pick up counter. This was my birthday pick and not only was I beyond happy with the experience, so was everyone in my party. Some were new customers who raved about the food and some had never experienced your sit down service before. Everyone walked away full and happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just feel bad I waited so long to write this. I will continue to rave about OTP to anyone who will listen and I will be back again soon. Thank you OTP Roseville.”

Absolute BEST Shrimp Tempura I have ever had!
The shrimp was hot and crispy and properly battered. Most importantly it was completely deveined! No other local sushi or Japanese restaurant has properly deveined their Shrimp Tempura as far as I have sampled. The Maguro Bluefin Tuna Sushi was the proper color, no smell at all, and was actually COLD on top of the rice! The New York Cheesecake bites were aldo served cold. The Taiyaki Ice Cream alone was worth the visit. The Miso Soup was good as well. BEST Japanese food I have had!”
