“We stopped by this Starbucks during our trip and had a great experience. The drinks were freshly made, and the staff was so friendly and upbeat—it really made the visit feel welcoming.
The store was clean and well-organized, and it had a cozy atmosphere that made it a nice little break in our day. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or staying to relax for a bit, this location has a nice vibe and great service.
Bathrooms were clean (which is always appreciated while traveling), and our order came out quickly and exactly right. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in the area!“

“I have been coming there each morning this week (it’s a Wednesday writing this) because my dad is in icu across the street. Drinks haven’t been made right; one time they forgot the expresso one time too much. I ordered my drink and just asked that it be made right. The manager Kesha asked me what was wrong told me the ingredients and had ne taste it before I go. I thought that was extremely nice of her because I was not the nicest. She even gave me two gift cards to use in future. Kudos to Kesha for great customer service.“
“Very busy location, lots of folks in and out, but the service was great. Was greeted as I walked in the door. My order was taken very quickly, and my order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Only ordered drinks, so I can't remark about the food. Street parking is available, but depending on the time of day may be scarce. There is a parking garage next door though. I would recommend this location but be prepared for parking issues.“
“This Starbucks looks very much like every other store, but I am completely convinced that there really is something extra special happening at this location.
The customer service found here can only be adequately measured with a minimum of 15 stars (true story!) and it runs like a well oiled machine every time I have ever stopped by.“
“Monday morning…
I discretely told them there was a tiny fly in their bakery goods case. It was landing on 1 or 2 items (that I seen).
The young lady immediately went to tell someone. Got my coffee, left the store, went to my car and waited about 10-15 mins to see what they would do. Went back in and every item was removed from the case and the case appeared to be even more clean.
(They did this in the thick of being busy).

“So I went to the Starbucks INSIDE HARRIS TEETER. I'm not seeing it on the map. I'm more of an independent expresso place person, but was visiting family and wanted an espresso and this was all that I could find. Normally SB is pretty low tier, but the manager was there, and she was amazing. She knew what she was talking about, cared about her pours, and delivered a great product. I never give 5 stars to a SB, and this review goes to that person that cared and was passionate about her product. (Total contrast to other SBs where I've seen customers break down when they say they are out of caramel syrup and staff express empathy).“
“Super great staff! My drink is always prefect! Lots of tables and chairs. Great spot to meet up and have a yummy coffee with someone!
Parking: Parking can be somewhat difficult; I recommend parking behind the building. There is door that you can use at the back to get into Starbucks.“

“Starbucks at Ashley Landing is probably their most convenient location in Charleston. It’s very centrally located with easy access and even has a drive-thru. The building is beautiful inside and out and meticulously clean. It’s by far my most favorite of all of their area locations. Baristas are all friendly and helpful and service is excellent. Definitely 5-stars! Always good fresh coffee and pastries as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to stop and get a quick coffee and snack. I like being able to shop for groceries and get a coffee while I am shopping or one for the road to enjoy later. The drinks are always well prepared here and my order has been right every time. I like that there is a nice sitting area here and it is good to have a business meeting because there always seems to be an open seat regardless the time of day. This is a cool Starbucks.“

“We stopped at this Starbucks during a long drive, and it ended up being such a good choice. Sometimes you just need a familiar place with good coffee and clean bathrooms—and this location really delivered on both.
The inside was tidy and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit for a few minutes and take a breather. Our drinks were made just right, and everything tasted fresh. You could tell the team behind the counter was working efficiently, but still taking the time to be friendly. It felt genuine—not rushed or robotic.
The restrooms were very clean, which we always appreciate when we’re traveling. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference. We were able to stretch our legs, enjoy our drinks, and reset before getting back on the road.
All in all, a smooth and pleasant stop—exactly what we needed in the middle of a travel day.“
“Arran was the absolute sweetest person to grace my Friday while I was looking around for snacks. The girls who get it GET IT.Gingerbread oatmilk chai looking like a festive little piece of art. AND one of the best tasting drinks I've had at starbucks. I really only stop in when I have a gift card, and sometimes the drinks come out mid. It's hit or miss, but this was a HIT.As far as being in Harris Teeter's, there is not cafe seating nor is there an oven for warm foods. But it's a convenient stop for a caffeine fix while grocery shopping.“
“I like this Starbucks location inside Harris Teeter on Maybank on James Island. It is convenient when you need to get a coffee and groceries at the same time. This is a great place to have a business meeting on this side of town or if you need a place to get some work done. This Starbucks provides excellent service and they work hard to get your order to you.“
“BEN WAS AMAZING! my friend and i drove through and ordered a pink drink and a dragon fruit mango drink, along with some snacks! my friend funnily cut me off when i said i wanted a cake pop and completed the order. as soon as we pulled up to the window ben swung it open with the biggest smile and said “WHO SAID THEY WANTED A CAKE POP! let’s make it happen!” He was absolutely AMAZING, definitely needs to be recognized!“
“We were just in there,and the 2 young ladies working were amazing!!I believe their names were Kristen and Lulinda..My friends son is in surgery at Shawn Jenkins and the worker in the Starbucks inside the hospital was so very rude..They need to have more compassionate people working in a childrens hospitalThat's why we ended up at the one down the street..I'm glad we went there!!Keep up the great work ladies!!!!“
“I had mostly given up on Starbucks due to a number of factors, but this location is different. The staff are genuine and appear to work as a team. I had a wonderful experience again this morning. I am angry at myself for not getting the name of the gentleman that greeted me this morning, but you are a shining example of servant leadership. Thank you for the Venti bold roast with no room. Hopefully you guys get you internet back up and running.
UPDATE! I very much appreciate the team here but Starbucks cutting jobs is hurting them. I use the app and get an 8 min time estimate and it takes them 15-20 min. It’s not the employee’s fault, but it ends up reflecting poorly on them. Hire more workers and help the team be the best they can. They deserve better.“
