“I visited this McDonalds on July 2nd, 2025. It was clean, quiet and had comfortable seating. The interior design is modern decor. The staff were friendly with all of the customers while I was there (dine-in). Compared to other McDonalds in nearby cities (and around the southeast) this would be a great place for a traveling family to stop in, get something to eat, stretch, use the restroom, etc with a sense of being in a safe environment. I saw no solicitors like I always see at the one in the city of Georgetown. There's a gas station next door if you need to top off the tank.“
“I wanna give a big shout out to the overnight crew. They were amazing. I’m very thankful. I stopped to grab a drink, grab some food, but I figured I’d have a nap first it was three in the morning, In my third state, I didn’t turn off my vehicle properly and left the auxiliary on over the next two hours of Having a nap to dream my battery to the point where I couldn’t start the vehicle. One gentleman working here was gracious enough to allow me to use his booster back to my vehicle A big thank you to the two staff Members of this McDonald’s“
“Didn't plan on being ask for money in the parking lot, that effected what I could order. Then I seen the woman inside having a nice conversation with another person she went from her mother just past away to laughing with the person she was clearly with. I've lost people and I could relate. I asked the manager if this was allowed and he had her removed. I was rewarded by the woman I had thrown out because my car had something raked down the passenger side I did not see this until I got to my next destination. That was because I parked so close to the curb so nothing would happen to the car and I had to walk around the back of my car that's when I seen what was done. So beening helpful cost me more than $4.00“
“Put in an order through drive-thru pick-up. At the window their coffee machine was broken, so the manager substituted another coffee drink & didn't even charge for the add-on! So friendly & quick, will definitely be using the app more for pick up!“
“Compared to other McDonald's (decker), this one works like a machine. They're always busy and they are always pumping food out. This is the closest one to my house, and you take the good MDs for granted, until you're hungry on decker, speaking of decker, don't even think about the little Caesars over there, looking like a used car dealership, all those people waiting in their cars.“
“This was only my 2nd time eating inside this location. The 1st time in a while. Both times it was just me and my daughter. The people immediately involved was Rick, the manager and Ty as a first day worker. They treated us well and accommodated our needs promptly. I ordered the food on the app and it came out a lot quicker than I expected. When I mentioned how fast it was, Ty said of course it's done fast. They missed one thing in the kids meal but they were on it in literally a second. While I was waiting for our food, Rick was checking a closet or something and asked have we ordered and checked to see if we were good whike we were sitting. I told him I was good and I ordered on the app. He immediately went to the back and yelled to confirm there was an app order to the team. I stopped and ask him was it possible for my daughter to actually get fruit punch mixed with the lemonade i ordered. He said they do not have fruit punch but they have HI-C. Then another girl(maybe off the clock employee) said why dont you mix the lemonade with the fruit punch slushie as I was telling my daughter they dont have fruit punch. Ty had that made and also gave us the lemonade in case my daughter didn't like it. She was so happy for her drink and enjoyed. Kudos and shout out to the manager Rick, Ty and the rest of the staff. They were on it. I witnessed great service ton other customers after me as well. Keep up the good work. Thank yall for making my daughter happy.“
“Ok, Fast Food should always be a rarity, meaning at most once every two weeks unless you are traveling away from home. That disclaimer aside, I will treat myself to a Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin about ounce a month on a Friday and with the 2 for special, I always give one to someone at work. The McDonald's on 600 St. Andrews Rd., Columbia, SC has always served the best McMuffin sandwich and the service has always been great even during the COVID period. With the advent of App ordering the service has even been quicker and I do appreciate the smile that is always on the employee's faces as they deliver to your parked car. This is reminiscent of the old McDonald's commercial days where the employee always handed you your order with a smile. The customer service quality is a very strong reason that I continue to come back because as I stated from the beginning, Fast Food is a treat and not a staple but acceptable at times when you are on the go and appreciate the service accommodating you!

“Vegetarian options: Have salad and fruit and obviously french fries along with dessert options that are vegan, kosher ane Hindi friendly no impossible soy meat options as of now (January 2025) but I'm sure you are getting a majority of soy burger with the QP and BM so that's probably why they haven't followed suit yet
Dietary restrictions: Pretty diary universal and compatible with the little bit of knowledge I have on religious and strict specialty diets
Parking: More than enough, drive thru on the other hand, long lunch wait, only as a result of volume not the speed of the worker's in this scenario
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as are all McDonald's that I know of is imagine it is a corporate policy“
“Very professional and courteous staff. I've never had a long wait for my meal, & I've never had an unpleasant encounter at this location. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated and it makes you look forward to coming back.

“Friendliest staff ever! Welcomed our large party at the door, very respectful, checked to make sure everything was okay, friendly to the young'un, and clean. The staff were happy and staying busy. They engaged with us multiple times. The manager, Latoya, took the time to show my 8 year old nephew with Autism where to find the restroom. Best dine in experience at a McDonald's ever! “The one thing I can always say about this McDonald’s is their food is always hot and fresh. I live 10 minutes away and I will pull up and the fries still burn my fingers when I touch them no matter what time of day or night it is. When it comes to their food being fresh and hot, they are on point, I always go to this McDonald’s because of this. Keep up the good work guys trust me it does not go unnoticed.“
“Saturday morning. Very little wait. When I get to the first window a smiling young lady hands me my receipt and wishes me a good morning. Off to the second window to pick up my food and there she is again. Still smiling! I ask her if she’s taking the orders and filling them. China smiles and says yes. No complaints, just a friendly smile and quick service. Note to McDonald’s management at the Bluff Road location. You need to move China up the management ladder. She was running your show with confidence and kindness on a Saturday morning.“
“The drive-through went smoothly. We had about 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and we did not take long to place our order. Then shortly after paying as we pulled up to the window our order was ready. Both individuals we spoke to were pleasant.
The sandwiches were warm and overall the order was done correct. The environment was clean (what we saw outside).“
“I don't understand this place's low rating, I had a great experience both times dining here. Food was always hot, and the service was always respectful. Only complaint I could have is it took slightly longer to receive my food (5-10 mins.) which isn't even bad for a fast food restaurant.“
