“My family was going through bereavement and we just needed to get together and enjoy one another. We laugh through our pain so we decided on a cousins outing at Captain Steve. When I tell you that staff was simply amazing. Our waitress (Tay & Jordan) didn’t miss a beat and they participated in our foolishness 🤣 We were laughing loud and my sister acts crazy when she’s hungry 🤦🏾‍♀️🤭 and they even laughed with us at her. They even took pictures of us (Jordan even stood in the chair to get a photo 🤣 I say all that to say, They didn’t know what me and my cousins were dealing with but they provided the best service and WE THANK THEM!!! Ppl don’t have to be nice to you so when they do, so your appreciation 🫶🏾❤️“

“My wife and I made reservations this past Friday. We were seated immediately at a very comfortable table. We had cocktails beforehand but noticed their lounge is spacious , we will be sure to have pre dinner drinks there next time. Our server was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. There happened to be the YOCO Trail week w/ special menu items at several restaurants in the area. So we were able to each choose an appetizer, entree and dessert for $35 each. We had the tortillas with lobster dip, a strawberry salad and they served warm bread with a tomato and olive oil sauce. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife had the salmon. We also chose the key lime pie and chocolate mousse cake. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!“

My favorites are the calabash shrimp, grilled jumbo shrimp, and the shrimp and grits. Great salad bar. Also, I don’t know how they make their cocktail sauce, but is the best I’ve ever tasted!“

“Easy to get into but took a while to find it once inside the gate. I took a picture to show where these guys are. So much from for parking and overnight parking.

Peoffesional and communicative. They open qr 7 am to unload. We had a 7 am appointment and came early. They took about 45 minutes to clean the dock and within a few minutes unloaded the few pallets we had.

Everything is made to order, so it does take a while, but it comes out piping hot and fresh. We ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders, a leg quarter, chicken and waffles, and fries. The flavors were incredible, the spice was just right, and the portions were generous. The attention to detail and quality of the food truly stood out. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT STAFF UNTIL LAST NIGHT WHEN OUR SERVER FOLLOWED US OUT THE RESTAURANT TO RETURN MY TIP. SHE SAID "HERE Y'ALL CAN HAVE THIS, I DON'T WANT IT! THAT'S SORRY" I ALMOST DIDN'T RESPOND BUT INSTEAD TOLD HER THAT I STAYED THIRSTY. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK HER FOR WATER REFILLS. MY WATER WAS ORIGINALLY SERVED IN A TO GO CUP, SO I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE BROUGHT US WATER IN CUPS TO POUR INTO THE TO GO CUP. AT ONE POINT I WANTED SOMETHING BUT SHE WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE SHE WAS SITTING DOWN. SHE FORGOT AN ITEM WHICH WASTED SOME OF MY AYCE TIME. I FEEL AS IF THE TIP I LEFT REFLECTED HER SERVICE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY TO FOLLOW ME OUT THE RESTAURANT FOR CONFRONTATION. SHE WAS LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL, NOT WANTING TO TALK WANTING TO ARGUE, SO I CONTINUED TO WALK AWAY! 😡“

The steak sandwich was good but small, and fried mushrooms were good but a little too much breading. We will be back to try other items like fried chicken gizzard (not for me) and pork chop sandwhich w/Onion Rings (for me).“

“I ate the crispy noodles and they were delicious, as were the dumplings. The service was good. I gave it 3 starts for atmosphere, because despite the nice space, the windows were really dirty. It’s nice having all those windows, and it doesn’t cost much to clean them.“

We were celebrating my sister's birthday and the chef brought out a number of appetizers; ,bruschetta. cold antipasto, rice balls, etc.. and everything was absolutely delicious. “Honestly the best hibachi chicken I can find. Been going here since 2004, but last time was about 3 years ago (just due to my location). Got my same order of hibachi chicken with broccoli and sweet carrots earlier today - an extra Yum Yum sauce - and it was exactly the same hibachi chicken I remember and love. Other places just fall short (many times by a lot) and don’t come close to theirs. Love it and definitely recommend trying it!“
