“Visited this location on a Friday night. The DJ was playing some good party music to get the crowd and people dancing and socializing. The group I was with was especially enjoying and dancing. They have a selective menu after a certain hour. I ordered pizza and alcohol seltzer. The pizza was fresh and hot. Waitress was efficient. While waiting on food, I noticed they have weekly specials and Sunday brunch.“

“Me and my daughter had been traveling all night (and looked like we had been). We stopped here because we were starving and needed to kill time until we could check into our hotel. The staff was so friendly to us. I felt like we were under dressed (it was Easter) but no one seemed to judge us for it. As for the food - amazing!!!!! I got the fried artichoke sandwich and it was sooooo good. The fries were also very good. This place has such a good vibe. I wish we were in town longer so we could enjoy it again.“

“I was visiting my daughter in Charleston and we had dinner, the drink menu had great choices and I particularly enjoyed the Gold Rush, the crab stuffed cannoli appetizer was the perfect starter before the outstanding ribeyes we both had! The real star of the show here is the Assistant Manager Jacqueline, she was very accommodating and her smile and pleasant demeanor made you feel right at home. We had the pimento chitin start followed by the fried chicken with cheese Mac and collard greens and finished it off with banana pudding. “Small African American restaurant. We white folks just off the plane from NYC were greeted like old friends by the ladies behind the counter. And the food was great. Was going to get just a vegetable plate — the lima beans were fantastic (never thought I’d say those words). The fried pork chop out of this world. The cashier made sure I got the free cornbread. Oh yeah, the bread pudding was out of this world.“

“I am not big on fast food and don't eat much of it. Culvers has a salad that is the best fast food salad I've ever had. Does not taste like a fast food place prepared it. It is quality salad, not just iceberg with stale carrots and cherry tomatoes. It is really good. Its my favorite thing to get onthe go.“
