“I had the most exceptional service at this businesses. Not only was the owner the biggest sweetheart ever but the two employees on shift stole my heart. The gorgeous blonde one with frosty blue eyes and freckles like the sun tap-danced across her cheeks was so kind and polite to me as she rung my order up. “I visited Jimmy John's on Trojan Ave in Berewick, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s since 2008, but it still tastes just as good in 2026!

I can’t remember the name of the sandwich I ordered, but it had turkey, lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, and it definitely hit the spot. I also tried the red velvet cookie. It was okay, but next time I’ll probably go with a different flavor.

What really stood out was the customer service and speed. The turnaround was incredibly fast. There was literally no waiting since they make your sandwich as you’re placing your order. I was on a time crunch to get to work, so that was a huge plus for me.

“I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. “I am a member of the Knights of Columbus in Sun City. We host a golf tournament annually and Jersey Mike’s caters our luncheon for about 150 golfers and volunteers. We have been using Bill and his staff for the past two (2) years and find them to be very accommodating and professional. The golfers mostly raved about the sandwiches stating that they were very fresh and the ingredients were of great quality. We will continue to use Bill and Jersey Mike’s for our golf tournament and other events we may sponsor in the future. Thanks again. 5 star rating.
