“This shop is a total gem — the perfect blend of refreshing açai bowls! Everything tastes so fresh and thoughtfully made. The açai bowls are packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and topped with generous portions of fruit, granola, and whatever healthy option you prefer! Mine had Chia seeds that added a fun texture! (you can tell they use high-quality ingredients).

The owner is a super cool and very friendly guy who is very knowledgeable about the açai bowls and happy to give recommendations on the best combinations!

Highly recommend to anyone who loves healthy, flavorful, and refreshing drinks or bowls. This shop has definitely become one of my favorite go-to spots! 💜🍓🧋

“This was the best Waffle House that I’ve been to in a LONG TIME. I came in, sat down, the waitress, Mo, was busy at the moment and Cedrick, the cook immediately asked me if I already knew what I wanted (which I did). Mo came right to me as soon as she heard that I was giving him my order, which was kind of funny because they were both attentive. Double the service is better than no service if you ask me. Well, Mo took my order, got my drink, and Mo cooked my order. The grits were buttery and creamy, the eggs were soft and fluffy and cheesy (the perfect cheese eggs, some people don’t know how to make good cheesy eggs, sometimes the cheese get lost in the eggs), the hash browns were cooked to perfection in the middle and had the little crust on the outside, just like I like them. And the waffle, of course, came out right on time!Mo and Cedrick offered exceptional customer service. When good food meets amazing vibes, it’s all anyone can ask for, especially at an American favorite in the south such as Waffle House. Amazing job you two (please give them a raise :)”

Our favorite server is Mary, she is super professional, very friendly and attentive and caring! 🥰All of the staff there is nice and hardworking! The restaurant manager, Irma is a sweet person! I was torn between three choices and she helped me decide which of the three I should eat. The dish was excellent and just the right choice for me. I thought the caesar salad was fresh and delicious but had too much dressing for me. I would order it on the side next time. If you visit this restaurant, ask to be seated in Wendy's section!”

I had an issue with my door dash order ,she was given the wrong food and the owner tired to make it right. He even tried to make it right with me when I had to re order because it got canceled by the dasher . He offered a free drink but I declined it wasn't their fault . The honesty and integrity of the way they handled it speaks volumes. I hope this place has continued blessings and success.”

“Just moved here from Cincinnati, Ohio, and this was my first time checking the place out. Honestly, they do service the right way here. The bartenders and the owner have such great personalities, I felt comfortable right away. I tried the Negroni and wow—it was one of the most well-balanced ones I’ve ever had. Crazy thing is, it was on draft, but it tasted like it was made hand-to-hand. Easily the best Negroni I’ve ever had.

I didn’t eat food this time, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing—pumping out beautiful dishes nonstop. Definitely feels like a safe space, and they sold me on the very first visit. Can’t wait to come back!”

I ordered the garlic shrimp that included 12 very large shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob, and an egg that were covered in the special garlic sauce. Truthfully, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. So much so that I continued to just eat the sauce once the food was gone. My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture. I will be back for more shrimp and the crab soon. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve heard about it from instagram, and was very excited because I love trying small, local authentic spots. Working out of town, my Airbnb was right around the corner. Walking in, you feel the warm welcomed atmosphere, friendly greetings, and swift service. I sat at the bar and had a nice meal. The food was very good. I almost ordered another meal immediately! Bartender was very nice, and made sure to check in periodically. I think this is a great gem to check out, if you are visiting from out of town. 5/5 no doubt about it.”

He was the absolute sweetest!!! They were all so kind and accommodating for us. Very thoughtful and made it so much fun for us. We will for sure be back to just hangout and grab drinks for sure!!!!”

“From out of town but come to Charleston regularly. Was excited to see another gay bar option in town so checked it out. Asked and found out it's only been open a year but it was obvious it's already become a neighborhood staple. Everyone seemed to know each other but we felt very welcomed. House cocktaila were great! Highly recommend as long as you are willing to travel a bit from downtown.”

GM Xochilt and her team consistently go above and beyond to make sure every visit feels special. You can tell they truly care about their guests.

“these are the best carnitas tacos and huecharas I have had in a very long time. Corn and flour tortillas are hand made. Carnitas are smoked and marinated correctly. Salsa Verde has just enough bite. Located in North Charleston on the corner of Ashley Phosphate and Stafford Road. Right across from a baseball field. Next door to Country Inn Rooms and Suites. Bon Appetit! R.
