“Aubrey’s is one of the most consistent restaurants in Cleveland. As usual our food came out timely and fresh. We had a party of six and our meals ranged from hamburgers to pasta and chicken fingers. All of us were happy with our food. Our server was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.“

“My order was Logan's wood grilled Chicken Parmesan Peppercorn sauce, on a bed of wild rice, with 2 sides. Chicken was fully cooked, very tender, minus a star because the rice was mostly hard crunchy and had few pieces that were fully cooked and soft. Kids steak tips were welldone perfectly and still tender. The kids cheeseburger was cooked welldone and still tender. Kids fries cooked perfectly. All food tasted freshly made, cooked as ordered, kids plates were not too hot for them to handle. Restaurant/restroom was clean. Service was excellent even though they were busy after the Christmas parade. Downfall - educate employees - young able-bodied employee should NOT be in the ONE handicap restroom on the phone. Grandmother with 3 & 4 year olds needed that stall; we patiently waited.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Kids coloring/activity paper and crayons provided. Highchairs available. Also, Steak tips are an option on the kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available. Chairs can be removed from the table to accommodate wheelchairs.“

“Wow, just wow. Came here after we got some coupons, just expecting a normal family dinner, and we were not disappointed. Our waitress was so kind, so much that when my son told me he wanted chicken and waffles, and just a few minutes later they brought out my son chicken and waffles. After we finished eating, our waitress brought us cheesecakes. This was a amazing experience and I thank the staff for giving us a experience we won’t forget.“

“I'm really sorry. I hate giving bad reviews but that was the driest hamburger I think I've ever had. The meat itself was juiceless and the burger came without mayo, mustard or ketchup on it and ask that was on the table was an almost empty bottle of ketchup.
Btw, I got a hamburger with bacon which was about $1.00 cheaper than a BLT. Anyone else find that odd?

“We went to the 25th Street location while my dad played a show with a band, and we had been there the whole time, ordered food and everything. But after the guy took my drink order, he came up to our table and yelled at us saying we didn't pay to get in. We were told by the owner we didn't have to pay since we were with the band. we politely explained what we were told, But had said if we had to then we would, no problem. But instead of standing by what he said, the owner proceeded to YELL at Me saying if I was going to cause an issue then they'd ask us to leave. I felt so uneasy and pissed, because my fiance and I had been polite and everything the whole time. and the fact he was acting like he was only talking to me that way. when my fiance talked to him his tone changed. My stepmom was also with us, told my dad, and they haven't played at that location since. It was a NIGHTMARE.. plus from what I have heard from MULTIPLE people, they have let their waiter follow girls into restrooms and touch them inappropriately and just letting him go right back to work even AFTER the law was involved. This place needs to be investigated, shut down, or something! It is not safe..“

“We were visiting and loved the food. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. We ate there 3 times during our stay in Cleveland. The breakfast was amazing. We asked if City Cafe Diner could come to Alabama. Central Alabama to be precise.“

“I had never gone here before but received a gift card and decided to go inside and see what they offered for lunch. I was absolutely greeted with the best customer service ever from a gentleman named MONTANNA! He was so informative and personable that it immensely improved my over all visit and day! He let me sample a few items and gave great suggestions for my meal! Honestly because of this I got something I never would have and LOVED it! He went above and beyond to make my first experience the best it possibly could. Not to mention the food was delicious, he made it quickly and to order. I without a doubt will go back to try some of the other items in the future. The restaurant was quiet and my first impression was that it was maintained and cleaned very well.

“Our family eats at Big Tom's at least once a week. (Usually more.) We typically go at lunch or on Monday/Tuesday nights bc there isn’t live music those nights. A few weeks ago mom ordered potato soup at lunch and I had a bite and have wanted my own since. I’ve called a few times a week to ask the soup of the day since then. Today I told Nikki “I’m going to need the recipe from nana.” She did me one better and called nana right then. This is why we love to support local. We’ve been petitioning Aubrey’s for bread like they have in Knoxville for years to no avail. Mention once that you’re pregnant and want soup from Big Tom’s and nana’s making it tomorrow!“

“Cleveland, TN location- The guy who seated me pulled my rolled silverware from his back pocket. The floor had food and needed to be cleaned in the area I was in. The table was clean but sticky. Be prepared to have to do 2 steps up to larger seating area. All lower bar seating areas have high tables or seating at the bar. Appetizer spinach and artichoke dip, salsa, chips; some chips tasted stale, salsa very watery, dip was excellent. Food (salmon, steamed broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes) was cooked/tasted perfectly!! Service was excellent!! Tea tasted unsweetened. My waitress said she knew that that is just how they fix it and offered to get me something else or sweetener packets. Reasonable prices compared to other places.“

“My 2 girls and I met there Thursday evening for dinner and Bible study. It was a little loud but stuck a happy atmosphere. Amanda, our server, was absolutely wonderful. She loves lime just like we do. She was so personable and took excellent cares of us. We each ordered the 3 for me so that made our affordable. The burgers were delicious and the chips and salsa was so yummy! We had a wonderful time. I was so happy and hungry, I didn’t take a single picture. Ha!“

Tilapia wasn't seasoned and then the girl just tells me sorry I was the only person in drive thru . okay I want the Tilapia seasoned or I don't want it.
