But, they did amazing for being so busy!

Parking: If the front is filled just go through the drive thru

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always happy to go too Mc Donald's

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get a wheelchair in and out of the place“

“Generally clean place, the tuna wasn't over-saturated in mayo but made right. She let me see the tuna as she was applying it to the bread, friendly staff. My table needed to be wiped, but overall, this is definitely one of the better subways, one that I highly recommend 👌“

“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“I ordered delivery for a stay at home date with my partner, but there was a mistake in the order fulfillment and a few parts were omitted. I decided to drive there after all to try and get it fixed. The staff were extremely quick to meet my needs, especially Nathan, who was very considerate and a great representative of whatDQ's customer service ideal should be! “Shout-out to Chaffin Arby’s tonight (2/20/22). After we ordered the computer system shut-down. As we got to the window, we were told to pull forward the food would be brought out. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! “The area is very busy and a man living in his car was out in the sidewalk as we walked up. Once inside the restaurant, the employees were very nice and answered our questions about menu options. Our food was cooked fresh and everything was delicious!“

“I have been going to this location for many years, and it feels like home. The same people are there every morning, and at least, some of the same staff. They say "Good Morning" and even give some of their visitors a "hug". It can get really busy especially after 9:30 AM and on the weekends, but I go earlier than that. I wouldn't consider any other place for my morning coffee and breakfast.

“I like stacking the coupons in the McDonald's app. I use the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich at breakfast, then 15 minutes later they let you use another coupon. I usually stack the "secret" buy one get one for a dollar McChicken add pickles or McDouble coupon (just add 2 of them to your bag) with the free large fries with $2 purchase coupon. They give double rewards points towards free food during breakfast. You have to really like McDonald's though and strategically arrive at the restaurant a little before 10:30 AM to do this. That's when they switch from breakfast to lunch. If you use your rewards points, you can't use a coupon. If you use a coupon, you can't use your rewards points. It's not a big issue though when they let you use one or the other every 15 minutes, unlimited.“
