“I’ve never eaten at a firehouse subs before and was nervous about trying a new place. Luckily I chose this location and it was a fairly straightforward process. The employees working at the time of my visit were friendly, polite and efficient. When I got my meal I was missing an item and when I brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it. The environment was clean and peaceful.“

“I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player. The manager said "I got you" and replaced them for the boys no questions asked. Basically the manger is him. I shall return.“

“I had a long day at work and was craving something quick and delicious. I’m not a big fan of jersey mikes because i had an awful experience the first time I tried them and I swore I would never try it again but Kennedy and tahari convinced me otherwise. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome and made my experience by far the best I’ve ever had at any food establishment I’ve ever been . . . Please go see them and watch them make a sandwich to die for.“

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude that made us feel truly welcome. She was patient, helpful with menu recommendations, and made sure our order was perfect.

Not only was the food delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving—but the customer service was top-notch. “I visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on Winchester today. It's in a nice shopping center clean and well maintained. The store was very clean and neat. The crew was working and having a great time. The Manager that took my order was very professional and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken ?? Sub. I watch the employee by the name of Brittany cook and make my Sub Sandwich ? she did a great job. I was very pleased with my visit today.
