“Good food and friendly customer service“

“I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player. The manager said "I got you" and replaced them for the boys no questions asked. Basically the manger is him. I shall return.“

“10/31/25- Ordered 3 subs- Thanksgiving, pizza meatball, cheesesteak through app for pick up @1:30 Friday. Food was ready & hot, all subs were good. Thanksgiving sub only had 1 tiny bite of cranberry, but $1 gravy was very good. We added a lot of toppings to the cheesesteak but still thin sub, and pizza meatball was very good. All bread & ingredients were VERY fresh. This was our 1st visit, would order meatball again & try Italian sub or chicken dumpling soup“

“Can't judge atmosphere because we just do takeout. But the sandwich here are some of the best in the biz! My wife loves the mushroom steak Philly. It's the bomb! I get the classic but the meat is shaved just right, toppings are fresh and the bread is delicious. Super quick ordering on app and pickup. Just wish they had a drive up window at this location. Will repeat ordering often.“

I had to park at Trader Joe's. I'll be back next time I want chicken salad and don't want to make it myself.“

It's good to know there is a Subway in the area.

“Tonight I learned the true meaning of customer service.. So I was I decided to test out to see how much patience the young lady that was making my sandwich had. Mind you it’s an hr before they close. So she asked how I would like my sandwich made and I told her mikes way with lite lettuce. So once she completed making the sandwich the way I like she started wrapping it up. So I decided to joke with her and I ask for more lettuce. With no hesitation she unwrapped my sandwich and started to put lettuce on it. And I told her I was joking. Not once did she display I was getting on her nerves or act like she didn’t want to help me. Jordan displays how customer service should be. Never fold when a customer is being difficult or indecisive. This was my first visit at this store. I hope the store values this young lady. Jordan well done !!!“

“Customer Service was off the chain ⛓️‍💥(good). As soon as you approach the counter to order you’re greeted with a smile 😃 and polite service. I ordered the Spicy Turkey 🦃 sandwich 🥪 and it was Buss’n Buss’n… Lol 😂… like the young folk say. Also order the Broccoli 🥦 Cheese 🧀 soup 🍲 and all I can say is Woooooooooooooooow. So impressed by the way the food tasted. I have been to McAlister about 5 to 7 times and I think 🤔 I will make this a usual place to start eating 🍽️. I really like the presentation of food 🍱. It is always so good looking 👀 and ready to be eaten. Food never looks sloppy like some places but the way they present it makes you want to eat it. I will definitely be going back to any of McAlister’s DeLi restaurant anywhere as long as they continue to keep up the good service and presentation of their food 🍱. “It was really nice to walk in with no waiting since I was the only customer. The girl was exceptionally friendly and polite when I requested my sandwich a certain way because I am a very nitpicky person and I always get the same thing. I love the tuna with the bread flattened out with onions and bell peppers cooked time and a half to actually cook the peppers and onions! So delicious! The girl didn't understand the reason I wanted the bread flattened out with her gloved hands was because I wanted to get extra toast time and not burn the edges but she was very cooperative even though she was a bit puzzled lol. Very nice neighborhood very nice subway location. I highly recommend it to anyone.“

“Clean environment. Staff greeted me upon arrival. I arrived early am, like between 9 and 10 am. Some veggies looked old in one bay. Sandwich was prepped order however veggies were applied sparingly. Will patron again to seeing different experiences.“
