Walking up we are very disappointed to read that it was reservations only. As we were walking away, the hostess opened the door and invited us in and made room for us to eat. Hubby had the Lasagna & had to protect his dish from everyone else "wanting a taste"! “It was our pleasure to dine at the Cookeville, TN Red Lobster at 1410 Interstate Dr. on December 12. Although it was our first time, our guest at the table is a repeat customer. Our Server Denise did an excellent job of taking our order and delivering our food in a timely manner. Butch, Sheila, and Flo (Leaders and Manager) were beyond helpful to us. Justin, our guest, ordered his favorite meal, which included an entire lobster. My husband and I didn’t know how to break down a whole lobster so at that point, the manager came over, sat at our table and assisted in the process! In all my years, I have never seen such personalized service and kindness shown to a customer that really was in need of assistance. I highly recommend that you take your family to this restaurant and see for yourself the outstanding service offered by this crew of people! The kindness shown to us was beyond hospitality! It certainly was more like family! We wish you and all your staff a wonderful new year! Thank you again!”

She is on of the rare few in town that take that dietary restriction into account and makes a point to always have a little something (most of the time many little somethings). If you are locking for a great local spot gluten free or not make a point to stop at Jamie's!”

They need to work on the dining area...it's like an afterthought with a couple of tables and a small tv on the wall. Make it a place people want to actually want to go...think restaurant. There is a weird smell in there, but it could be coming from the huge pile of pizza boxes stacked behind the counter. I ate there one time. I the future, if there is one, I'll be taking the in a go box.”

“My family and I dinner here on Friday, Aug 29. The service was amazing. I had mole, my son had civeche, my daughter in law had a torata, I ordered an order of supreme nachos for daughter to take home to her, and my granddaughter had beans and rice. We also shared the fried cheesecake. The food was really good. Prices are the same as any other restaurant. We will definitely eat there again. I was happy they serve mole because it is my favorite dish and most places do not serve it.”

“I’ve been wanting to try Dutch Bros ever since they opened about six months ago, and we finally got a chance to stop in with the family around noon, right in the middle of one of their busier times. Even with the crowd, the flow of traffic was handled really well. The wraparound setup and the way you’re greeted feels very similar to the Chick-fil-A model.

When we arrived, we looked over the menu, which was easy to follow and mostly picture-based. That made it fun for the kids to browse. I will say the menu feels more adult-focused, so a small side panel just for kids would be a helpful addition.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and the barista explained that a small comes with two shots of espresso, while the medium and large both come with four shots. That’s really good to know for someone like me who basically runs on espresso 😂. My wife and kids went with hot chocolate since it was in the low 30s that day. At checkout, we used contactless payment instead of a physical credit card. She even asked if we had paid through the app, which I thought was pretty cool. That means ordering and paying through the drive-thru could be even faster next time.

There was a brief mix-up when my hot mocha came out iced, but the staff handled it flawlessly. She immediately caught the issue, fixed the order without hesitation, and told me I didn’t even need to step aside and wait. She said she would remake it fast enough that I could just stay there.
She wasn’t kidding. It was done in under a minute. Impressive, to say the least
All in, we ordered four drinks and the total came out just over $20. In today’s world, that feels very reasonable. Great energy, great service, and a smooth experience overall. We’ll definitely be back.”

“First- we came at an odd time of day (like almost 3:15pm) food was hot and fresh. There was a younger boy working at the register and he was such a gem! Super friendly, respectful and kind. Checked on us several times and recommended things to us. He was really kind to my children as well. They have something called Texas twinkies and they were DELICIOUS! Jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese, shredded cheese, brisket and sauce. The swinder fries were hot and so yummy! Especially dipped in their Alabama white sauce. Fried chicken was hot and crispy! Mac and cheese was hot and extra cheesy! Noodles were a perfect Al dente. Kids menu was extremely affordable and so much food! If you haven’t been recently, you need give ride it a try again!!”

“$10 for all you can eat lunch buffet, and a bottle of soda! What more could you want?! It’s the smallest buffet with just one table, but everything on it is so delicious. It usually has three or four different kinds of chicken like General Tsao’s chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, etc. plus a couple vegetarian dishes, as well as eggrolls, spring rolls, cream, cheese, wontons, and they often have some type of Indian tandoori chicken and of course fried rice and noodles. The buffet is only offered from around 11 AM until 2:30 PM but even if you come outside these hours, you can order any of their tasty items off the menu.”

“We go to Logan’s in Cookeville at least once if not twice a week. It is the only sit down restaurant that we can consistently go to & get the best service, best drinks (huge shoutout to Dylan the best bartender, always) & a excellent atmosphere before you get your delicious food that’s always prepared correctly & tastes delicious. Tonight was no exception, another wonderful Thursday date night. Thanks to the entire staff in the bar, essential our server who appeared to be waiting on a lot of tables but was a pro & every customer looked very happy. It was a great dinner, see you this weekend too I am sure💯💯💯”
