“Look the bartender who worked Easter dont play. Best drink I've ever had. Tried to order 2nd long island ice tea and could handle it. She insisted on refunding 2nd order in which I vehemently refused but she did anyway. Will be returning when im back in Knoxville.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“My husband & I moved up to Powell from Orlando in April. We really miss our old Smash Burger place, Cow and Cheese, so 7/4 we spent part of our day at the Mall and tried BR. He had a double jalapeño burger and I got a double mushroom & swiss. Absolutely delicious! We ended up going again today, 7/6 and added Bacon Cheese Ranch fries. Also excellent. They make everything to order but it comes out pretty quickly. We both highly recommend everyone try them. We will be back. They serve Coke products along with 2-3 different fruity beverages.“

“The entire staff was so welcoming. They gave friendly and helpful suggestions. The lemon chicken was juicy, flavorful and arrived at the perfect temperature. The presentation was great! The broccoli was so good it almost stole the show! My server Joe was excellent - offered dessert but I was too full to get any! Bathrooms were immaculate. I will be back again! I only wish they had one near my home!“

“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday in this place, we took an ice cream cake which we asked for a favor to be placed in the freezer and they made the mistake of placing it only in the refrigerator in which it melted, we were disappointed when sharing it with our guests. “We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?“

Decent prices, solid food, great inside/outside atmosphere, prompt service that predicted my needs so I wasn't ever waiting and thoughtful on the little things (For example an added halfwall in the bathroom so when opening the bathroom door you don't see guys standing at the urinal). Good burgers and food cooked a few establishents down at sister restauant Bit Burger. Somewhat dark and loud as one might expect at a gaming tavern.“

“My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

“Since Panera discontinued the Italian sandwich, I have been ordering the same thing for 10 years: a deli turkey sandwich with only deli turkey, fresh mozzarella, and mayo. However, they recently discontinued that sandwich too. I asked if they could ring it up as a turkey bravo or the new Italian and substitute ciabatta for the tomato bread. Despite my specific instructions, 5 times might I add checking to make sure he got it correctly. they gave me a regular bacon turkey bravo with tomato bread, which made me very mad. I also did not receive the chips and drink I paid for. And he also did not give me a receipt It's litterly White bread, Turkey, and you can throw some mayo packets at me I don't even care if it the country white bread I even went in and ask if they could change it they refused because it was dinner time even tho I said I don't mind waiting I already waiting an hour The only item worth buying on their menu anymore is the bagels the reason I cared so much is because I have alergys to certain foods so it wasn't like I could just take it and eat it So, i will not be going back after today“
