“We just got back from an incredible dinner here. The restaurant was perfect, the food was top-notch, and the price was just right. We shared three plates and a dessert. Perfect amount of food. My spouse had one of the adult capri suns which was a fun drink with a light that set the mood for the evening. We had the mi cucumber starter which was super flavorful. We also ate the k pop chicken (incredibly good and a great sized portion), the glass noodles (delicious), and caramelato for dessert (it was a spectacular ice cream with crunchy crumbles of toffee). We will DEFINITELY come back. And we will highly recommend this restaurant to all our friends. Oh—and the owner came to our table to explain everything to us. He said this restaurant was his baby and you could tell he has taken great pride in creating a great experience for customers. A+”

The fries were crispy, the mac and cheese creamy, the potato salad well seasoned, the grits cheesy. The chicken biscuit was so fluffy and the waffles almost reminded me of a funnel cake.”

“How refreshing to find an Indian buffet again that is actually delicious. House of India may very well now be the beat Indian Reataurant in the Nashville area. Friendly staff, appropriately flavorful and spicy dishes (even on the buffet). So many buffets I've been to in recent years are overly sweet and bland. Not this place. If you used to go to Bombay Palace more than a decade ago, this is like that. Same owners in fact. So good.”

One last thing, I thought the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich would be covered in sauce based on the description and image online, but it was not. Just a heads up for anyone interested in that dish.”

Wish we had room for dessert, the dessert menu looked amazing; can’t wait to be back to try the Pavlova and Key Lime pie!”

“My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary with dinner at Cork & Cow. Everything, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Our reservation was for 9pm. We walked in at 8:45 and were seated immediately. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Dessert didn't seem likely, since I was starting to feel full, but I overheard another server mention a chocolate torte that had peanut butter mousse, so. . . O. M. G. As if the food and service weren't good enough, we were back in our hotel room by 9:45.”

“We enjoyed a great Mediterranean experience in semi fast food with real tableware. We had Chargrilled Lamb which came with a Greek salad and choice of a side. We chose roasted red potatoes. The meal was very tasty. Only disappointment was the lamb was chewy.”

“I ate here yesterday afternoon with a large group of friends (14). It was fabulous, and so nice to eat at a local, family owned restaurant here in Cool Springs which is mostly limited to chain restaurants. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate us and spoke to Luke and he said he’d set aside seating for us. Luke ended up being our server, and he was very sweet and gracious to our rowdy table! We all mostly ordered different pizzas, although a few got pasta dishes, and I added wings to my pizza order. Most drank beer, a couple ordered wine. The pizzas were all very good! I got the Italian Stallion as my husband loves green olives and it had that as an ingredient along with Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, salami and mushrooms. It was wonderful, the toppings were plentiful and the crust was perfect. Others ordered different specialty pizzas and had no complaints. I also got the traditional wings with a mild buffalo sauce and they were quite yummy. My son got the spaghetti & meatballs and it was a huge plate with 2 giant meatballs! He could only eat half of it so he had leftovers for another meal at home. Another person got the Mozzarella Caprese Salad, and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta dishes came with homemade garlic knots. The beer selection is rather limited, if you like craft beers like our crowd does. They are mostly standard beers, so that’s the only recommendation I have, that they up their game on the beers and offer more options from local breweries. They were out of some of the limited ones they carry, but Luke explained they restock beers on Monday (we went on a Sunday so they were at the end of their supply by then). As far as the vibe, it was a perfect low key place to hang out with friends, drink beer and eat pizza etc, and watch football. There were plenty of TVs to watch the games. There were even fun video game machines if you’re into that. We really enjoyed Mineo’s - food, service, and vibe were all tops! It does take a little while to get your food but we understood with our big table, and it was nice anyway to not be rushed out the door (we stayed almost 2 1/2 hours!). So nice to support this local family owned restaurant!”

Vegetarian options: I the California roll is so good and tastes so good. It feels so clean & it’s great”

“I cannot even begin to say how amazing this place is. They spared no expense decorating and renovating this space. The food was fantastic and is very reasonably priced. They have a huge center bar and lots of Hibachi tables and seating if you are getting Sushi. PLUS a robot brought our food! Ask for Alec! He took great care of us!”

We each got the chicken noodle soup bowl and the beef noodle soup bowl, a plate of the cucumber salad with the tofu puffs drowned in a super delicious sesame sauce (which I could eat my weight in to be honest) and we also tried their beef roll which was this pastry with thinly sliced beef, cilantro and a delicious sauce inside!

We had no idea a hotpot place was so close to home! We usually go to Nashville but this will be a date night staple for us! We highly recommend eating here! Next time we will try the build your own bowl option!”

And for those who care, I also like that, they do have nutrition facts on their website, which makes it helpful to choose Wise foods on certain days. I will be back multiple times.”

And don't get me started on the tacos, which are arguably some of the best I've ever had north of the border. Be sure and try the salsas, which helped neutralize a blistering cold winter evening. Both the red and the green blend seamlessly with your meal. The drinks are superb too. The Pineapple version is my personal favorite. Let me tell you, this is the gold standard! The staff went above and beyond in recommending some of their favorites to me. Very warm and friendly. I used to live in Franklin but now it seems I have a legit excuse to come home and visit!! Do yourself a favor and get over to El Carbon. Make it your New Year's Resolution ;)”
