“The kids really like the donuts. I was very disappointed when I went to have my order picked up and there was no order. They forgot to make it and couldn’t find the order. I called ahead to have the donuts dipped and then sprinkles of the school colors since it was for one of our local schools that has worked so hard and is playing in a Regional Tournament which is quite an accomplishment. We wanted a little extra school spirit as a morning treat on the bus. I let the Bakery know the reason and also that I needed the order to please be ready since the bus was leaving very early in the morning. I know in the big picture of the world colored donuts are low on the list, but it would have been nice to be able to pick up what they promised. They were apologetic and gave a discount. In the future I think I would go in and not do the order over the phone.”

Tried the chicken quesadilla & side of poppers. Both came out warm and very tasty! My buddy got the reuben - said it was ok. Friendly people, including the gal behind the bar -owner operator?! We'll be back!”

It's clean, comfortable, and you feel like you are in a 5* restaurant. The best service, you can ask for. We eat there when we are in town. For hidden gems, this is Greeneville's finest.”

“I have been wanting to try this bar/restaurant for at least a year. We live about 30 minutes away, And I pass it by every time I go to the doctors office. When I checked the menu online it looked like a great food selection!

As soon as we walked inside we were overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. None of our group smokes or have ever smoked. I asked the hostess if there was a non-smoking area. She walked us to the other indoor dining area, which also had people smoking in it. She said they do not have a designated non-smoking area, but they have an outdoor area where the smoke probably won’t be as bad. We all went to the outdoor area and there were a few people smoking near we would be sitting and the smoke was still too strong there. I do not want to diminish this business’s sales because we know smokers need places to go that are like this location. I only wanted to allow non-smokers to know what they will be dealing with if they go here! The staff seemed friendly and apologetic that we could not eat there due to the smoke.”

“I did go on a very busy day of the year on Veteran's Day and unfortunately I did have an issue with my food after receiving it but they quickly corrected it and the service was asked to be expected for how busy they were. I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit our local Applebee's just keep in mind that was multiple televisions with different games going on them it can be and does get quite loud. We have went to Applebee's for celebrations for birthday parties etc and most of the time I've had a good experience I say also usually keep a decent crew. Things were clean as far as using the restroom and the bar area I will seated and I also was able to strike up a conversation with my direct neighbors. This is a good restaurant to visit in our town and I would definitely recommend it to anybody traveling et cetera”

My granddaughter meal, not great, she ordered bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese w/side of tator tots. It came on a biscuit that was broken, just bacon and hard egg. They took it back, she didn't get it until we were all done with our meal, plus they gave her the same tator tots, they were cold. I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy with side order potatoes and onions. My potatoes were brought out but she said they were waiting for the biscuits to get done. When it was brought out there was just one biscuits, I looked on the check, did not mention 2, so I didn't say anything but later got to thinking I was charged $4 and I think that was for 2 biscuits. They took nothing off the bill. Not even sorry. I really felt bad for the granddaughter. I will go back but my granddaughter might not. She works at Cracker Barrel and she said that is not how you fix things.”

“Kids work here. I don't like the location because I always pull into Aspen Dental but that's on me.. the food the food is McDonald's so you know what to expect and I never had a problem with service it's just kids. I don't go to this location very often but my experiences have been fine.”

“I love gyros and have eaten many from Greek diners in NY. This one had the most meat of any I have had. The meat was good, but a bit overcooked and dry. The copious tzatziki helped that situation, though! Most gyros have a little lettuce at least - this had none. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Overall I really enjoyed it. My husband liked his plain Philly cheesesteak a lot. I LOVED the thick and fluffy texture of the fries, though they needed (I can’t believe I’m saying this) salt. They appeared to have seasoning, but still lacked something. Once I put ketchup on them, they were amazing. I hope to come back and try the falafel and another gyro if they stay open. People in Greeneville flock to Pal’s but don’t seem as excited about “ethnic” food. I took one star off for service because the microphone is hard to understand.”
