“I ordered here one time . I ordered a brownie with ice cream and spent 20 dollars . The only reason it’s not 5 stars is cause it’s expensive so it’s more of a guilty pleasure to just get on an occasion. But I felt like the portion was nice and the food was great . I’d really give it a 4.5 star if I could. But 5 stars is too much since I’ve only ate here once because of the pricing .“

“One of my favorite fast food places. I lived in Johnson City for 18 years and I rarely had issue with this Dairy Queen. Everything is delicious. The employees do their jobs well. I guess my only minor complaint would be its small size. Small interior and small parking lot. Other than that though, this place is worth going to for soft serve and cheeseburgers.“

“They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“
