“Wow. First visit to Insomnia Cookies in Johnson City, and I can honestly say these cookies are absolutely incredible.
I tried the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cookie, and it was hands-down one of the best cookies I've had in a long time. Warm, soft, loaded with flavor, and completely addictive. My wife got the Double Chocolate Chunk cookie and absolutely loved it. I tried some of hers too, and while it's definitely rich and chocolatey, it was amazing. We even mixed bites of both cookies together, and it was next-level good.
Now, I have to say something that I don't say lightly: my wife makes the best cookies in the world, and these are right up there with hers. That's about the highest compliment I can give.
The service was just as impressive as the cookies. Kynlee was outstanding! She was friendly, welcoming, patient, and made our first visit a great experience. She helped us sign up for the rewards program, explained everything, and went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated as customers. We got the promotion for 12 cookies plus 4 free, and she even surprised us with 2 additional cookies. That's the kind of customer service people remember.
Kynlee is a fantastic employee and represents this business extremely well. She deserves recognition for how well she treats customers.

They were fast to react with the medical kit they had and attended the lady until medical staff was able to get there! I was very impressed with the care and urgency they showed!“

I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“
