“The last times I’ve visited coffee shops around Knoxville, the experiences Jacobean great-drinks either overflow with too much coffee, milk, or creamer, or they’re just a bit off. That’s why I started going to Scooter’s , and every single time my Oreo Blender has been perfect. I usually swap out whole milk for almond milk at other places, but Scooter’s does such amazing job that I can enjoy it with whole milk and it still tastes fantastic. The customer service is always flawless, too!“

“So I was going to 7 Brew Coffee in Lenoir City. But had an unfortunate experience. Someone else left an experience and said they go to Dutch Brothers because it’s BETTER. I had to check it out. “Amazingly delicious coffee and baked goods! We needed a hit of caffeine before continuing a long drive and happened in to Coffee and Chocolate in Market Square. Very cute spot, super nice barista who recommended a few other locally owned places to check out and the perfect iced americano to keep me awake in the car. “I am actually a bit saddened after today. I love this place and come here ALMOST daily for about two years, I had to delete my great review to create this one. Yesterday I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha drink, about half way home I took my first drink and realized it was not hazelnut truffle but banana, after a couple more sips to make sure I wasn’t tripping I couldn’t take it and almost a whole coffee went down the drain. So today I went back, nicely let the guy know they messed my drink up and he didn’t offer to make it right, so I paid for my drink and that was that. After two years of being a loyal customer, not just me but also my husband and all his employees, I figured it would be a give in replace the drink they messed up, I’ve never once complained and actually this was the first time they got my drink wrong, so I was shocked by the lack of “let me make this right” mentality. Still love this place, but I think they outta make sure customers get what they paid for.“

“My granddaughter brought me a drink when Covid was really bad on Mother’s Day of 2020 and that was when I first fell in love with Hey Bear. I’ve had so many wonderful family memories there with my grandkids and one son and daughter. They also make the best Boba tea that I’ve had in either Sevier or Knox County. I love that they have the swing for the kids and the outside entertainment and the fire pits and outside heat for when it’s cold.“

“I really love this doughnut shop! The staff is so friendly and helpful too! The first time I visited, I got a huge cinnamon role, two apple fritters, and several tasty assortments of doughnuts that lasted a few days. If doughnuts are what you crave, Beaver's Dough Joe is the destination!!! They also have shops in Maryville, Powell, and Farragut.“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,

when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!

In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

“I have visited The Capricorn Coffee house inside Salon Aquarius 2 times now.

Their coffee is amazing with Baristas with great skill and an incredibly welcoming environment from the entire staff of both coffeehouse and salon.

I will visit many times and look forward to my next cup of coffee.“

UPDATE!!! I just want to add I picked up my drink the other day this is now my starbucks... the new lady made it a little different and I ask the manager if the recipe changed she assured me that it had not been changed and asked me if she could remake the drink for me. I ask her would she please do so, Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it was made right and you all are doing a great job!

UPDATE: yes there was a long wait, a day ago but what you failed to state was the lady in starbucks was left along with no help and she was doing her best all by herself. I was there too, I say at least a drink was made for you that want to give bad reviews. she was doing everything she could to make sure we all could get what we ordered. I will not STOP coming here.“

“We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“

“This place isn't your typical donut shop. So they make the donuts after you order them so you know they're nice and fresh and hot. Only problem with this is whatever toppings you choose melt right off of them. So they don't have flavored donuts it's just their vanilla doughnut which is kind of a combination of a Pancake/cake doughnut base. I got the peanut butter marshmallow one, it was tasty but the topping melted all the way off so I pretty much had to try to wipe it back on. I also got the one with sprinkles. They were tasty I would definitely come back. I also got the lemonade and it was extremely sour so I probably wouldn't get that again“

“I stopped at Kroger to try to pick up a couple coffees early in the morning. Girl there completely ignored me until I asked for help. Then she was hateful. So positive, so kind, and god forbid I ever see anyone being rude to her. With the dark nasty hateful world we live in, she is a breath of fresh air and makes my morning every time I go in. I am amazed at how she is always so positive, kind, and energetic. A lot of people can learn from her including myself. Starbucks has a good one and better treat her well cause she clearly gives it her all. I never leave reviews ever but due to her kindness I had to come on here and leave this one.
