“Being originally from the Chicagoland area I had high hopes going in since it has been 4 years since I had Rosati’s pizza. First the good; it tasted just like I remembered it and had the proper amount of cheese to sauce ratio for both the thin and deep dish I ate. Now the bad; the crust is normally crispier and has larger edges. Also, they skimped on toppings. There was very little pepperoni and sausage on it. Overall it was good, but it does not measure up to the Plainfield, IL location as I remembered it. 7.5 out of 10.“

“1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.“

“I would give this 4.5 stars, we went on Pi Day where you can get an 11" pizza per person one day a year for $3.14 (Pi). No online membership was required. There was a line around the building, as you know people love discounted/free sh$t. I didn't want to wait in line, but my mother convinced me as we were with other family. The woman setting up the orders was very patient. We were reading the options on cell in the line, but I'm sure there are people who get to the front and say"uh what do you have here??" For the eight of us, our food came out correctly and tasted very good. You can taste the wood oven even though these are thin dough pizzas. None of the staff seemed snippy about having to work from dusk till dawn. “We visited here on Saturday after spending the entire day at the emergency vet. We thought we were going to lose our dog. We stopped here after a long, stressful day. It was super late, and we didn't expect 5-star service. We pulled in, and there was a line around the building. It might have taken 5 minutes to get through the line, ordering and paying before receiving food. The food was very hot, tasted fresh, and was made exactly how we asked. “The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. They are also very informative about the foods they make, if you have any questions about the menu, the staff always seem very willing to help.Dietary restrictions: They are very clear when you mention any dietary restrictions, and very helpful about what would be a good option for you. The only thing I can say is, I am not sure if they have gluten free options instead of their standard bread options.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessable with standard wheelchairs, power chairs, or even crutches.“
“Delicious hamburgers. They are smash burgers so if you're looking for something that's giant and juicy this may not be up your alley. Food takes a little long to get to you but that is because they cook it there fresh for you when you order. Shoestring fries were deliciously crispy and warm. Hot dog was great and service was amazing. Did not try the custard yet but when I definitely go back I will be trying that too.Edit: After some time, Freddy's has grown on me so much. If I'm ever out here my mother always asks for me to bring home a pint or two of the brownie custard. The service here is always top notch and the food is the absolute best! “From previous reviews, it seems this location has had some issues in the past. Well, they certainly had it figured out when I visited today. The store was clean and well cared for. The chatter spilling out of the grill area was lively, friendly, positive. Our food was about as good as it gets. Hot, fresh, made right and presented neatly. This was my son's chosen birthday meal, and it made his day that much more special. A great place to stop when you visit the pool and playground nearby!“
