“A decent store with decent food. Junk food but decent junk food. It's hit or miss if they'll follow your request for customization like add mustard, no mayo, or extra pickles please. Still, a decent place to eat and one of the few good local places left we don't mind supporting.“

“I've been going to this Pal's for as long as I can remember. The food and service are always excellent and a good value. The food tasted freshly made and was hot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. It was a pretty day so we ate outside under the awning which was neat and pi ked up.“

If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? “Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“

“This is the absolute best place to get a gluten free sub! It's also rare to have that around here. Besides Dominos with a gluten free pizza, your choices are limited. I recommend going to see them today. Food is delicious here. I chose to get oil & vinegar with my veggie sub. The spices add an extra hint of flavor. It stays busy so that's a downside. You'll have to wait a while sometimes. However, if you have allergies, it's worth it. Staff are friendly.“

“I’ve lived here about a year now, let me tell you what- this area is blessed! I’ve never been to a consistently amazing Taco Bell my entire life until I found this one! Every single time I come here, the workers are SO polite! I’ve lived in a lot of different places and nothing comes close to the service you get here! Thank you all for being so awesome at your jobs! It’s always nice when I go through the drive thru and you guys are so personable, funny, and charismatic! I can’t say enough good things about this location! “The Blizzards we bought were so good and cold. It really hit the spot on these hot days we have been having lately. Our food was nice and hot & fresh and tasted so great. I went thru the drive thru when I bought these meals to-go. I was in a bit of a hurry that day, but they had my order out the window to me in a flash and had me on my way fast. I was very pleased. Especially when my order was correct too. I didn't have to wait long at all for it at all. I love Dairy Queen's food, their ice cream sundaes, and all of their milk shakes. Great job Dairy Queen!!“

“I have celiac and came here every day for band camp, and not once did I get sick, in fact the workers were so friends that when we walked in on the last day the said hey and started wiping the slicer because the remembered us , it was awesome

“My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either.
