“I've ate burgers in different chains all across America and in other countries as well. No one comes close to the Big Pal. It always has been and always will be the best burger you can eat. The only caveat is, make sure you order it with pickles (once you try it, you can never get it without them).“

“I never really have anything negative to say about Pal's. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!“

“My pet peeve.. being pulled up to wait on my food. Being that it was only one regular roast beef, 2 sliders and a potato cake. Please stop doing that especially for small orders. I don't usually go to this location because it's inside a convenience store. But the food was good and the employees were very polite.“

“Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“

“The Blizzards we bought were so good and cold. It really hit the spot on these hot days we have been having lately. Our food was nice and hot & fresh and tasted so great. I went thru the drive thru when I bought these meals to-go. I was in a bit of a hurry that day, but they had my order out the window to me in a flash and had me on my way fast. I was very pleased. Especially when my order was correct too. I didn't have to wait long at all for it at all. I love Dairy Queen's food, their ice cream sundaes, and all of their milk shakes. Great job Dairy Queen!!“

“Every time I go here I get some kid with an attitude in the window. Always a different kid and one time they made me wait outside for them to bring me my order for over 10 minutes and there's no one behind me but Arby's always has good food and they managed to do it right.“

“This is the absolute best place to get a gluten free sub! It's also rare to have that around here. Besides Dominos with a gluten free pizza, your choices are limited. I recommend going to see them today. Food is delicious here. I chose to get oil & vinegar with my veggie sub. The spices add an extra hint of flavor. It stays busy so that's a downside. You'll have to wait a while sometimes. However, if you have allergies, it's worth it. Staff are friendly.“

The food has been consistently delicious and no problem with service. Best fries, albeit, a little salty. Quick turn around, both at drive through and walk in. We're staying close at a hotel and it's close, quick and delicious“

“I’ve lived here about a year now, let me tell you what- this area is blessed! I’ve never been to a consistently amazing Taco Bell my entire life until I found this one! Every single time I come here, the workers are SO polite! I’ve lived in a lot of different places and nothing comes close to the service you get here! Thank you all for being so awesome at your jobs! It’s always nice when I go through the drive thru and you guys are so personable, funny, and charismatic! I can’t say enough good things about this location! “I have celiac and came here every day for band camp, and not once did I get sick, in fact the workers were so friends that when we walked in on the last day the said hey and started wiping the slicer because the remembered us , it was awesome
