“Their lamb is a mix of beef and lamb. If you aren't a fan of lamb, you will likely enjoy their lamb. It's worth the taste exploration. It doesn't have the off putting lamb flavor that some people are sensitive to. Try it. It's good. And the employee servers were friendly and animated.“

“Cava has a great variety of items to select from. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients. However if you know what authentic falafel tastes like skip their falafel.“

“Friendliest and cleanest restaurant I have visited in Knoxville. The menu is impressive. However, the Gyro stands out. Visit Al and his staff you will not be disappointed

“My fiancé and I dined here for our three year anniversary in July, and between the cozy atmosphere, caution taken with my food allergy (gluten free), and a variety of drink options, it was the perfect surprise. Cherry on top? Besides the amazing service, I had the best flourless chocolate cake for dessert--which is extremely hard to find since they're normally bone dry. It's easy to rack up a bill (happily), so it'll be a special occasion spot, but can't wait to dine here again.“
